I once went to Stockholm in person to pick up the Panasonic G7 and saved me 230 or so bucks (had to be there anyways, but still, http://www.prisjakt.nu proved helpful). I ordered the G80 from UK and f

Love it.  FT4 rating...  That's like changing your relationship status on FB, so you know it's legit.  No crop in 4K.     http://www.43rumors.com/ft4-first-panasonic-gh5-spec-4k-422-10-bits-

New info I am told they are indeed using a multi-aspect sensor. It measures 18.9mm x 13mm in approx. 3:2 aspect ratio 20MP stills but the total resolution of the chip is 24MP 24MP

Yeah, someone in the comments there the other day mentioned that. As well as a leak that should come from Atomos that should hint a 12-bit out...

Not sure if there's much to it. But hey, that would be flippin' awesome! Let's get this party on the road! Or better yet, let's get this camera hit the shelves!

Great news if true about 422 10-bit but no 4K crop I find misleading given the crop nature of Micro 4/3. Sounds like a cheap shot towards the 5D IV..

The GH4 had an additional crop on top of the usual m4/3rds crop, giving an effective focal length of ~2.3x full frame when filming 4K. Presumably the GH5 uses the full width of the sensor.

422 10 bits en interne et raw en externe avec atomos ??????

I don't speak French but raw to an atomos? Are we getting greedy? The GH5 would be back on top in terms of cameras with this form factor. I bet they will have improved upon the IBIS as well. Yes, I'm definitely getting greedy.
