Man I wish the S1R would output to ProRes raw. That's the camera I need for photography and would love to have as a B-cam to my Pocket 4K.

Pretty amazing what some people come up with idea wise, and can actually pull it off. But the cameraman that jumped off the building getting that shot will probably Never be the same lol.
 

It might make sense to justify the price difference if it is indeed 3k plus. Its true they've not done 4k 60 yet, but they are a bit behind the times right now. Sony is often front runner tech I feel like. Wouldn't surprise me if they took a large leap to put themselves ahead of everyone. 

Panasonic vlog in 8 bit isn't very usable. 

Ehhh not feeling it. Should either have 10 bit capabilities or 4k 60p.

That Joker movie looks great tho.

I personally love the E2 form factor. I am tired of dealing with DLSR bodies and their tiny internal batteries. Only thing missing internal ND's. If they had that I would probably be sold on them. Prores + H265 and H264 is a huge win as well.

Yeah but it can be had pretty cheap used and as long as I am using traditional lighting setups or shooting during the day it would be fine. 

I do realize that but after seeing the footage from the new global shutter Z cam I am sold haha.

DVXuser is a good place, also on here. 

I agree its a great camera especially for their first full frame. I can understand it from a photography perspective but for their video centered GH cameras they really need to get on the phase detect band wagon.

I have access to all three cameras! I'll see if I can get it done. 

True but that goes for pretty much any camera. Most cameras are offering log now and people think that is the way to go. 

dang dude nice work! If you do one for the XT3 I'll definitely consider it. If it matches well with the GH5 it would be a great way to use both cameras without worrying about color matching. 

I've had good results with the Tokina 16mm 

Internal Prores would be my dream for Fuji. 

Internal ND's are a must. Would be nice if they threw in an SD card slot as well for lower bitrate recording. 

The awesome thing about this camera is the recording options. RAW as well as H264 and H265, and Prores(I assume they will put in Prores as well?)

4k 120fps would have been a really smart move even if it means making the camera larger. 

Sigma already has a lot of nice full frame glass, it was a good move.

Still in comparison with an EVA1 its $2500 cheaper and does internal RAW as well as maybe prores and at a higher resolution. The XT3 sensor is really nice if its the one being used. 

Wish it was $1000 cheaper but for what you get its really not a bad price.
