Big glass is better, 55mm is quite significant and slightly larger than Kowa B&H / 16H / 8Z / Elmoscope II. Those are sought after because of being short, with large diameter glass (which means you can go wider with your taking lens) and good image quality. However, if the price is much higher than those, you should give it some thought. Do you like/need the somewhat unusual stretch factor? How important is wide-angle? You're probably also paying for the rarity of it...
About the size of the rear element of the Iscomorphot 16/2x...measured it, rear element is 'only' 32mm across (diameter of the back, including casing is 52mm, so be sure to check they did measure the glass only). Cheers, Tim.

Timotheus reacted to aldolega in Panasonic G85 review - is there any need to get an Olympus E-M1 Mark II for video?
You would enter the actual focal length of the lens (or of the lens + booster as a package).
Native lenses are of course labeled with this, although you don't have to enter anything for electronic native lenses, as they communicate with the body.
For non-electronic native lenses (Voigtlanders, Samyang/Rokinon m4/3 lenses, etc), you would have to manually enter the lenses' stated focal length. Same for any manual glass with a plain (non-booster) adapter.
For boosted lenses you would enter (lens focal length X speedbooster power), so for instance for a 50mm lens with a .71x booster you would enter 35.5mm (50mm X .71 = 35.5)- or the closest option in the IBIS menu.

I think you are mistaken, IBIS is based on the actual focal length of the lens which is smaller in case you use a speed booster.  The crop factor is not relevant.
But someone from Metabones should probably give the last word on this.

Use Wordpress and buy a theme which is almost exactly how you want it to be from Theme Forest. Only choose themes made in past year with at least 20 4.5 star overall reviews.
Embedding videos is much easier and it will boost the video rankings on Vimeo or Youtube.
Buy your domain name from internet.bs (avoid GoDaddy they will hammer you with unnecessary addons).  Host it with Hostmonster if in US or Vidahost in UK. Cheapest package is fine. Actually the domain name may be free with the hosting.
Use Tinypng to compress photos or the plugin SmushIt if you want to batch compress. There is also ImageOptim app on Macs for jpeg. Page speed is a big ranking factor for Google.
Dont buy any spam links or it will get banned or penalised in Google. Join Google Analytics and Search Console to help get the pages indexed in Google, get advice and see visitor statistics.
Join Google My Business Local if you want local clients or Brand if not. Make sure the category is right, then get a couple of reviews and it can be a short cut to the top with the Google Maps listings.
This is my first post on here where I am an expert, usually feel like a noob.

I see some people - bigfoot, mercer, viet bach, don't understand what's at stake
This isn't me being a communist and bemoaning another site making money from advertising.
Viet Bach, you say "as long as their reviews remain honest"... Well honesty is as much about what you DON'T SAY as what you do.
Read my article, and what it has to say about self-censoring and PR jaunts.
Looking at this purely from a business perspective now, it's bad for business too as readers get sick of it and leave. The watery opinions don't do anyone any good. The sponsored content is only the tip of the iceberg. From a business perspective, in my opinion it is better to to have very high quality premium paid content like books alongside the free articles and standard affiliate links than to compromise the creditability of your entire core business and your reputation with a ton of tacky advertising.

Mine is the ice light - cool little light.  don't know if it came out this year.
thread of the year is Ebhrahim's Epic Rangefinder journey.

Yeah, must be something wrong inside...If you're handy, you can try to fix it yourself. Tito has a recent video on improving sharpness on the Kowa B&H. As it is the same model as Kowa 16H and 8Z, it should apply to your lens also. Check it out

Timotheus got a reaction from Geoff CB in "RUNNER" Trailer: A horror short I DP'd
Hey man. I liked this a lot and it got me interested in the whole story, so the trailer's main goal succeeds with me :-) It also showcases a lot of technical skill and polish (aerial shots, editing, grading and varied camera work/movements). If there's anything to critique, I'd second @mercer's point. The antagonist / danger is somewhat unclear at the moment we see her hiding (0:47-0:51) so perhaps a slight reorder might be even more effective. Another thing I realized when I watched it again, is that we only hear the score. Some ambient sound could elevate tension even more (running footsteps, breathing, screaming etcetera). But I realize that adds a bunch of work... Keep us posted on your progress, looks great!

@Mattias Burling did you get a chance to shoot more since your first review ? Any updates on your review ?
I don't see many used LS300 for sale yet, but I don't know how many were sold.

What you want is impossible, as a diopter always limits your maximum focus distance. So no infinity, but closer focus yes. Read up on Tito's site http://www.tferradans.com/blog/?p=7282

Timotheus reacted to Brian Caldwell in Taking lens for Anamorphic Shop Focus Module (FM Lens)
    Hi Hans:
Using a good diopter will definitely improve the closeup image performance of a single-focus attachment, since it allows the attachment itself to be used closer to its "zero aberration" infinity setting.  I'm not entirely sure what you are describing about the highlight blob ghosting effect.  Most single focus attachments use a plano-concave moving front element followed by a convex-plano stationary element.  The concave surface of the front element is normally very close in radius to the convex surface of the stationary element, and this could set up a pair of reflections that might cause the effect you are seeing.  Its also possible that a reflection from the sensor followed by a reflection from either or both of the plano surfaces can cause noticeable ghosting, although in this case I would expect sharply focused mirror-image type ghosts.  Regardless of the root cause of the ghosting, its appearance can be reduced, but not completely eliminated, by using better AR coatings.

Simon Sasha, again, you seem to thrive and make dreams, because you are living in a western world country, not in Russia, not in Azerbaijan, not in Nigeria.
There are people protesting everywhere in the US because they afraid that their elected president will not respect minorities and communities, the other day Pence (the vice president) went to the theater, and the actors declared their fears on stage, and audienced boo=ed the vice president. Could you do that in Syria 10 years ago? Can you do that outside Kremlin?
Also, Australia has the strictest immigration policy right now in the whole world. Have you not notice that tiny islands a lot of hundreds of miles away from the whole Oceania continent have thousands of people living in terrible conditions? Who is going to make a documentary about them?
See, your dream is someone's else nightmare.
I hope you can go back to your city soon, and do your documentary.
