I'd snap up a pair of those lenses in an instant (sod the cost, - I'd keep them the rest of my career, - 10 years)...if they only had AF which I need for the way I work.
I might just paint some metallic green rings on the lenses I do have 😀

I get 1000+ shots out of a single battery stills only shooting raw + Jpeg every wedding. Easily. 1000-1500. And before anyone cries "balls", week in, week out. It mostly depends how you have the thing set up and how you use it...
But the XT3 absolutely chews through batteries for 4k video no question and even with a battery grip, ie, 3 batteries in total, I need to swap out at least the 2 in the grip to get through a typical 9-12 hour day.
However, I prefer the Anker power bank / USB option and have that attached to my monopod and with that system in place, can easily shoot (video) on a single internal battery (ie no grip) 9-12 hour day.
Neither solution is ideal which is why I welcome the XT4 with IBIS and supposedly better battery. The only two things I am really interested in.

Not sure how you mess up dynamic range with an XT3, it’s amazing in RAW and even jpeg. Heck even the 10 bit log is pretty decent. Low light performance is definitely lacking. 3200 on the Fuji is about as clean as 12,800 on the Sony or S1 or Z6. That said you don’t get the overdone noise reduction. But yeah you need more batteries and stabilization. Simple as that.

I am not always chasing the next great latest thing, but when my wedding season finished last October, I sold pretty much all my kit in anticipation of Fuji bringing out something like this for the 2020 season.
I shot XT3 for video last year and XH1 for video the year prior and kept a single XT3 body which should now move to backup and personal/travel camera with the 16-80 zoom.
The plan is also to move over fully to the f2 primes for their compact size, weight and af speed.
Happy days, please don’t cock it up Fuji.
All I want for Easter is 4K 60P and IBIS, Eterna & Classic Neg. I am not so bothered about battery life though would welcome it and do not care about 6k at all, but 100/120P 4K with audio capture would be appreciated!
    Otherwise pre-ordering a pair.
Nikon Z6 and Panny S1 came closest to my XT3’s but neither could replace.

I swapped XH1 for XT3 for video in order to get:
    60p 4K 10bit eternal.
The sacrifice was the superior build and handling of the XH1 and of course IBIS.
Just give me the spec of the XT3 with IBIS in the XT4 and my spec quest ends for at least the next 3 years.

And Van Life is no life when you don’t have a toilet.
Good for folks who are making a living and enjoying life, but so much of it is so shallow.
Having said that, there is a ton of good stuff and it’s free.

In light of the recent arguments on EOSHD I thought it'd be cool to think about how awesome it is to be a filmmaker/videographer in 2019 going into 2020.
We don't have to settle for crappy 8 bit anymore on anything less than $5000, we even have multiple cameras that shoot compressed raw and/or ProRes for less than $2.5K! We have lenses from 3rd party makers that not only don't suck but are better in some cases. Wireless monitoring and follow focuses are affordable now!? What!?  Our options for post are incredible, too - We have Final Cut and Resolve that are rock solid and Adobe... Adobe sometimes doesn't crash now! ? Frame.io and Vimeo review help make working remotely way less frustrating We get to bash Canon while shooting on Fuji/Sony/Nikon/Blackmagic instead of bashing them because we have no other choice And on top of that all we have places like here where we get to talk about it all and get help and share our sometimes very strong opinions ?
I hope you guys see my sarcasm where I sprinkled it in. I encourage you to go ahead and post what you're grateful for:

I personally don’t care about 6k but would care very much for an IBIS 4K 60p body.
Make it an XH2 or XT4, I don’t mind either way but just make it.
Ideally with the shutter from the XH1 and battery from the GFX medium format body.
    Thanks Fuji.

    Ah, Leica.
Part of me wants one very badly.
The other part of me says, you don't need it ya muppet.
The latter part of me wins and I won't be 'upgrading' my XT3's any time soon.

I quite like it, but then I liked the EM5ii's I used to have a few years back.
I won't go to m4/3 for stills but for video I think it's OK. Well more than OK, - the GH5 and BMPC4K says so.
But won't be getting one as I'm more than happy with what's coming out of my XT3.
Good on Olympus for making it though and hope they continue as a company as I like them.

    No.
If I had applied myself properly?
    Maybe...
Bottom line for me is as has been mentioned above, if it can open doors otherwise not 'openable', then a strong maybe.
Otherwise grafting your way there is a legitimate option.
