 - then it was HLG with all options on 0 and a quick grade with FilmConvert.

Don't get me wrong but it definitely looks like it was shot in 2014  It just shows that if you have a good story you can make it happen on anything.

All I really do on this project is mess around with the RAW settings, slap the FilmConvert on and call it a day and I don't really want to buy another version just for Resolve. 
Plus I'm so much faster editing multicam shoots in Premiere than I am in Resolve and if I can keep the entire project to one program I will

Although I'm not the person you asked, I often edit in Premiere and on those projects, I find it much easier to grade in Lumetri rather than round tripping. This way, you can do a rough edit, rough grade, fine tune the edit, adjust the grade, tweak the audio, tweak the grade, add titles, tweak the grade leave it over night, tweak the grade with fresh eyes and then export. 
I'm sure it's different for everyone, and workflows differ, but rarely am I totally happy with my first grade, and even if I think I am happy with it, watching the project again will prove myself wrong. If I had to roundtrip for every pass I'd waste even more time for not very much gain.
For this reason, when I can I also edit in Resolve, but due to client criteria, that's not always possible. I'm also much quicker with Premiere than I am with Resolve and when your workflow wastes as much time as mine, claiming back as many seconds as you can really helps.

You're completely right and I've decided I need to borrow one from a friend, shoot some stuff and see if it works for me. Not gonna switch because of a feeling ?

Best approach is to work out what you’re missing and then either fix that or give yourself a reality check..
For example, if you’re chasing good autofocus then you should consider why you need AF in the first place, and if using a deeper DoF would fix it, for example.  The reality check is to assume you just bought an A7iii, so just donate $4K to charity to simulate the financial hit of being locked into the Sony lens rort, then take all your 10-bit footage and batch convert it to 8-bit and apply a sickly green WB to simulate the experience in post.
There’s currently no FF camera that can do everything the GH5 does without giving up something.  Even the S1H (which won’t fix your AF envy) will still hit the CC pretty hard and IIRC is bigger and heavier than the GH5.

Then there are no BRAW settings since I'm targeting the timeline clip, not the master one. 
 
I've found it fixes itself after restarting Premiere and reimporting the clip but then for some reason breaks again after a couple of minutes.

Here is a 90 sec profile doc I just finished. Shot primarily in HLG but with some slow motion shots in Cine-D. Graded in Resolve with FilmConvert. Primarily shot on the leica 12-60 and some shots on sigma 18-35 with speedbooster.

I continue to edit down videos from my recent trip. I did bring the gimbal with me, but almost have not used it. So all hand-held again. Perfecting my ninja moves though ??

Everything shot hand-held, mostly 4k60 and some rare 120fps shots. I love how you can do almost gimbal-like shots with 4k60 on GH5. I dont like 120p most of the time as it is too slow for my taste and overused. But those other filmakers which are using Sony and Canon dont have much choice if they want something as smooth. Suggest watching it in 4k.

Here's something I shot run n gun style and I just set the whitebalance to daylight for the whole day. Bear in mind this video was made on the G80 in CineD and then I used CinedD -> vlog pre lut and GHa Daylight Linear for grade

A couple of quick screengrabs from a recent Jazz concert I shot. I must say I was super impressed with the GH5 on this one - not only it recorded for 1h30m straight with no issues but it did so on one single battery! Meanwhile Sony shooters that were there kept saying on the voice comms "I need to switch the battery" over and over again ?

The Z-cam looks really interesting, but it's already $1k more than the S1h, not to mention the necessary cost of still needing to add a monitor, and of course the lack of ibis and need for rigging to make it more suitably ergonomic, all of which the S1H can do out of the box, which is still a fantastic hybrid for still-use to boot. 
That being said, I'd love to see how much of an IQ and potentially DR-edge the Z-cam raw files give it over the Panasonic though. If it blows it out of the water, hopefully that can spur Panny in to giving us some raw-love as well. Gotta love competition!
