Here's a quick one of my current setup. Nikon Z6,  Smallrig cage, and Monfrotto arm with a SmallHD Focus monitor. Recently got the Monfrotto arm and I love it, very sturdy and easy to adjust.

At the risk of taking the thread in an unexpected direction, here's my two set-ups from earlier today, pictured in their natural habitat, on a beach towel on my lap in a tour bus, with people around me wondering WTF I was doing taking a photo of two cameras with a third camera (my phone).

Sony X3000 for crazy wides, gimbal-like stabilisation when walking and handy actions shots like getting in and out of busses, trains, planes, etc for b-roll and establishing shots.  GH5 with Rode VMP+ and Konica Hexanon 40mm for a bit of reach for the main shots where I have a bit more time.

For better context of your full setup, I think you need someone else to take a photo of you taking a photo with your 3rd camera of your other two cameras.

Pair of Fuji XT3’s for weddings.
Left unit with Fringer Pro and choice of: Sigma 18-35 f1.8, Canon 50 f1.8 or Canon 85 f1.8 with Rode Wireless Go to transmitter with fluffy/lav/shotgun. On tripod. Ceremony, speeches and dancing only, ie, static.
Right unit with Fuji 50 f2 and Zhiyun Weebill Lab on monopod with Anker battery pack. Moves with me throughout the entire day.

I also have a Sony 1" camcorder on another tripod with shotgun as a ceremony & speeches back up, plus the OSMO Action for some B roll stuff plus Mavic Air.

ntblowz reacted to BTM_Pix in 3C Cinema Camera Control App - V2 Announcement
V2 of our 3C Cinema Camera Control App now includes support for the Tilta Nucleus Nano focus controller.

The Nucleus Nano wheel connects wirelessly to the 3C app over Bluetooth LE and enables you to use the wheel to electronically control focus of your native MFT and adapted EF (with smart adapter) lenses on the Pocket 4K without using a motor.
Electronic control of the lenses can be a big advantage when using the Pocket4K on a gimbal to keep the weight down or to keep any rig smaller and not require additional powering for the motors.
In addition, it also circumvents issues that arise when using the motor with small native lenses that don't lend themselves particularly well to using focus gear straps and often have limited manual throw.
It also enables you use the hardware REC button on the Nucleus Nano wheel to control the Start/Stop of the camera and the record status is returned back to the wheel to illuminate the switch when the camera is recording.
As the Nucleus Nano wheel is fully integrated into 3C it also enables you use it to create the 6 focus storage positions which you can then choose to automatically switch to either in Snap mode or multi speed Transition modes.
The Setup screen of 3C now includes two scanners for easy selection of the camera and the Nucleus Nano wheel once Bluetooth mode is selected in the wheel.

V2 will be submitted to the Play Store for publication on the 11th October and will be available as a free automatic update for existing users.

ntblowz reacted to Alpicat in Panasonic S1H review / hands-on - a true 6K full frame cinema camera
I picked up my S1H from the shop in the UK on Tuesday! I had ordered the S1 originally in late August, but the day after I heard that the S1H would be able to output Prores Raw and I changed the order straight away. I only have a set of Mamiya Sekor C 645 lenses and the Kipon Baveyes L-mount medium format speedbooster at the moment. These work really well with the IBIS, the stabilisation definitely isn't perfect at all but the movement feels fairly natural.
I decided to shoot an unboxing video, the first time I've tried this! Also shot a little bit of footage but it was already nighttime so couldn't do much (jump to 02:50 for the test footage). That was shot in UHD 10-bit 422 All-I 25 fps, with the Mamiya 80mm f1.9 lens, at ISO 10,000. It's soft at f1.9 but stopping down improves things. Not sure if the speedbooster reduces sharpness too. Not sure I'll have time to shoot more any time soon as this arrived just when I'm very busy, but look forward to shooting more!
It's a heavy camera and does get a bit tiring if you need to hold it a long time, but it's not that bad!

Definitely recommend Ryzen, we just had new pc this year with i7-9700K, RTX 2070 8GB, 32GB RAM, 500GB + 2TB Samsung Evo SSD, it can handle 4K from C200 to an extent then start lagging a bit, with Ryzen should be smooth entirely..

Though render time is 4x faster than the old i7-4770 with gtx1070 8gb & 32gb ram we had, editing 5.7K 360 video is a lot smoother too

Lol at all the die hards over on reduser moving the goal posts.
reduser: Red makes its own sensors because Jim said so something something gospel
Jim deposition: Actually we didn't I just lied about it
reduser: Red had to lie its just how business is done these days you can't expect them to make their own sensor its obvious!

KnightsFan is exactly right. it would be like ford patenting a car that is 4 feet or greater in length with a attached roof.
Cars existed before the model T but didn’t have a roof. Is a roof not obvious enough to grant ford an patent to a car, which is a highly complex piece of equipment, because they slapped on an obvious, preexisting, roof on it and made it longer than 4 feet?
A roof is obvious. The length of said object is obvious. The size of RAW images is obvious. RED didn’t invent bigger images. They didn’t make an invention related to the CMOS sensor.
They simply bought exclusive rights to a sensor off the shelf. Slapped on JPEG2000 wavelet compression on RAW images (existed before) and submitted a patent for it.
Compressed TIFFs existed before RED “invented” RAW compression. They used them to “demo” their REDCODE.
The video shows they didn’t put in 12 months of research. They took pre-existing technologies, with pre-existing ideas and then claimed they were novel.
The premise behind REDS patent is that their incredibly novel idea was to capture 2K+ RAW images on a camera and compress the RAW images ON THE CAMERA inline and store it (instead of having a computer do it) Fucking ground breaking!
The patent is entirely without merit.
