Tried a bit in my GX9, but so far only found the modes that @Артем Асеев already found.

OK for @jase or anyone else who wants to prod about in a bit more of a structured manner on their Lumix device, I have just knocked up this rough and ready Lumix Video Format Explorer app for Android.

Usual story, attach your camera to your device over wifi and then open the app and hit the CONNECT button and your camera should clear its wifi screen and show that it is under remote control.
If you want to see if the 709Like profile works on your camera then just hit the 709Like button and see what happens. Certainly does nothing on the GX80 but it seems to on the GX9 so its worth a go on similar later cameras.
The next 4 buttons switch the video format of the camera and the MP4ED appears to populate the GX9 with additional options but again, nothing on the GX80.
Next up, we have the SELECT FORMAT button. When you press that, you get this list (which scrolls to several pages).

This is the list of every format returned from a probe of the GH5 so select the one you want to try and it will return you to the main screen with that one now shown in the blue banner beneath the SELECT FORMAT and SEND button.
Obviously to send the currently selected recording format you then hit SEND.
Beneath the blue banner are the PREVIOUS and NEXT buttons which will select the next recording format in the list and then automatically send it to the camera.
The reason for the two different methods is obviously so you can use the list selection to get to a specific one you want rather than scrolling through and the PREVIOUS/NEXT auto method is better for stepping through regions of formats (i.e just the AVCHD ones).
Finally, the RECORD button is a bit self explanatory and switches between red and green depending on status.
The purpose of having the file name in the bigger banner is so that for testing you can point the camera at the phone (on a stand or propped up ideally) and then when you review the recorded file you will have a visual indicator of what file format you had told it to record in for easier confirmation.
If you send the camera some file formats it really doesn't like then certainly on the GX80 this can sometimes result it in de-populating its list inside the camera (i.e. you can select MP4 but there are no different formats listed) but this can easily be resolved by choosing a known working format from the list and sending it which will restore the list.
For the GX80 an example of this will be
    mp4_24p_100mbps_4k
As this contains the full list of all 202 GH5 format variants, I'd probably say this is the definitive last hurrah for anyone trying to find any hidden type inside their Lumix cameras and is obviously fastest and the most structured way to do it so will be less painful than having to paste hundreds of commands into a browser.
I think that this will be more fruitful for the latter cameras based on what seems to be happening with the GX9 so if you have one of those then using this you might be able to find more gold with that one a bit quicker.
Also, if you come across someone with an LX100 Mark 2 then this app will let us quickly establish if there is anything in there as I now have a sneaking feeling there might be.
Usual caveats regarding use of this app is that it doesn't send any commands other than those sent by the Panasonic app but obviously use of it is at your own risk.
Your Android device should auto install the attached apk file when you download it but make sure you have your security settings set to allow installation of apps from “Unknown sources“.

The small orange one (the PBC) which won't be orange has an expansion module with five buttons and a small wheel.
It communicates to the PBC by bluetooth so you can split them if you want or attach into one controller.
So you can have the PBC on top of the camera for example and the expander on a handle.
Its a lot cooler than I'm making it sound.
    But of course.
    Probably

Can't find one for the Olympus but here is a thread about fixing the ibis on the EP-L1 (same internals I believe regarding the sensor etc)

And these various repair guides for it should put you on the right track regarding opening it up.

Did not have an E-M1, but already had a E-M5 MK II. Stationary, gimbal is not needed at all; but for panning shots and walking, gimbals are very useful. And like rangefinder style cameras when travelling / street - people don't bother with them, the SLR format of the E-M1 is much more intimidating. And heavier.

Very tempted for the new Crane-M, because of the wifi integration - very pratical to start / stop recording using the gimbal handle. Only if the payload was around 1 kg... (and could connect to Olympus cameras too).

    Exactly my case.

In my last vacation trip, the gear was:
    - 2 cameras: a GX85 (me) and an LX100 (my girlfriend);
    - Lenses: Panasonic 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6 (a little gem), Panasonic 45-175mm f/4-5.6 (very underrated lens), Panasonic 42,5mm f/1.7 and a Rokinon 12mm f/2.0;
    - Supports: a Crane-M gimbal and a MeFoto RoadTrip tripod.

All the camera / lenses could fit in a messnger bag, the tripod attached to it, and the gimbal on hand. Or everything in a Lowepro Fastpack 200 backpack.

Did not miss any more equipment.

Samsung was in the mirrorless business, but then left it at what is arguably the most disappointing timing possible for all of us here! ?

Just after they had released the very excellent Samsung NX1 and NX500

Plenty of Pros used MFT as either their main or secondary system.
(especially in the videography world! Tonnes of videography shooters with a GH series cameras)

And I'd argue that for many amateurs then MFT is an excellent choice to consider, as most people don't want to carry around a whole backpack of photography gear!

A very small bag for the camera and a couple of extra lenses is perfect to go with instead. And MFT has already far exceeded past APS-C DSLR performance (even on par with older FF DSLRs). For instance 16MP or 20MP is already far more than most people need for sharing to social media, or even for printing out family/holiday snaps.
I'd happily recommend say for instance an Olympus OM-D E-M5  with a zoom and a couple of MFT primes plus a couple more adapted lenses, could be a great starting kit and great value as well.

IMO, It's not as accurate as MF, doesn't understand when you want to track something else, can't change speed without digging into the menu, doesn't work on manual lenses, messes up your grip, the list goes on.
Again, no excuses, just don't care about it working or not. My workhorse is equiped with the best video AF there is. Never use it.
I haven't seen anybody make such excuses.
I know perfectly well how it works thank you. Btw, you don't get to dictate why others reason the way they do. No one said you weren't allowed to wish for good AF in the Panasonic. You can wish it to give you a golden shower for all I care. We just have our opinion on it.

Thats very kind of you to say.

I tell you what, considering that rumour of them doing a ToF AF system came out the very day after I teased the first video of mine, I unplugged my Amazon Alexa pretty sharpish!
What you are seeing now (and I stress now) is single point, nearest object you point it at and continuous.  I keep droning on about it being part of a more comprehensive focus system but the rest of it does provide more context in terms of an overall solution and how the operational modes dovetail.
Again, this is the jumping off point and what it does NOW isn't the end of what it will do when its production ready.
When I'm back from this trip, I will do something about the overall controller (the wheeled thing with the wires hanging out of it) that will flesh this out a bit more.
With regard to the emitter, it won't cause any issue to anyone's sensor.
It will blind a human of course but your camera will be fine
