I have had incredibly good results with these cheap Boya brand wireless Tx/Rx https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00RGF6AJ2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They use some clever frequency hopping technology so there is no interference.. The sound is maybe a little less full than I used to get with my Sennheiser G3 EW-112P gear but I've put that down to the superior Sennheiser lav mic.
Before you shell out hundreds of £/$/€ on traditional wireless brands like Sennheiser or Sony it's worth a punt on a set of these at £60.

That's very gracious & appreciated. Apologies are such a rarity on this forum & on the Internet in general.

The cable arrived & I've updated the firmware.
The C-AF is freakishly good. At least the equal of any proper camcorder that I have used over the years.
Initially I was horrified at the severe crop mode in both HD & 4K video but then realised that this is only when you have sensor shift & digital IS engaged & when you switch to sensor shift only there is no crop.
I bought a cheap Vitrox speed booster to enable me to use my Nikon lenses but having tried then I don't think that this is going to be useful as the camera is hideously unbalanced when you put a heavyweight FF lens plus speed booster on the front of the camera. I'll just live with the 25mm F/1.7 which gives me 50mm FF equivalent view & can always use the lossless 2x digital teleconverter when shooting video to give a 100mm view.

In the UK we are still in the EU (just!) but the VAT threshold is £85K of turnover before you need charge VAT. You don't pay any income tax below £11850 then it's 20% until £46351when it rises to 40% while social security charges are around an extra 9% between £12000 & £50000. You don't need to register in any way to work as a photographer or sell shoes. No wonder so many other EU nationals want to live & work here?

If you want to stream wedding videos with unlicensed music then it's easy enough to host on your own VPS. The traffic will be minimal & no record company could ever find your content anyway. Same goes for proof copies & demos for clients.

The difference is that YouTube has a mechanism for gathering revenue for the rights holders whereas Vimeo does not. Until they come up with a way of paying rights holders then their only option is to remove infringing material although their methods seem incredibly heavy handed.
I don't think that anyone could really object if Vimeo just removed all infringing material but to remove every last trace of the user's account is far too drastic

AF & stabilisation were features of "proper" camcorders before we all started shooting video with DSLRs. My Canon XH A1s had great IS & AF. It was quite a shock to focusing manually on the Canon 5D2.

Thanks. It looks like the Pilotfly C45 is specifically designed for the RX100.
I was making a more general point about it being an odd idea to control a camera on a gimbal with a smartphone app as you cannot hold the gimbal in one hand & operate an app one handed with the other.
It's odd that Zhiyun have dropped the Crane M & not replaced it with anything. There is no other gimbal they make that covers the 150-600g camera range. The RX100 is about 300g.
I'll probably look out for a used Crane M.

I'm a former wedding guy & while I experimented with primes I found zooms far more versatile. During the years I did wedding video I mostly used 5D2 or 5D3 with the 24-70mm F/2.8L & 70-200mm  F/2.8L classic wedding lenses.

I have the RX100VI which is the same size as the previous models but has an amazing 24-200mm FF equivalent lens. I have only shot a bit of video as I am mainly interested in stills now but the 4K video looks excellent. I also own an RX10IV with the equally amazing 24-600mm FF equivalent zoom however it's so much bulkier & heavier that I find that 90% of the time I use the little RX100VI as image quality is identical. The AF on both is very good fast phase detect & the image stabilisation is also first rate.
As a travel camera for video or stills the RX100VI is in a class of its own. I am constantly amazed at how good the image quality is with the Sony 1" sensor.
BTW Very nice video. I would like to buy a gimbal to use with my the RX100VI for video & can hardly go wrong with the price of the Crane M. Can I clarify how the gimbal controls the camera with the Carne M? The specs talk about WiFi & a Bluetooth app which I don't want. The Crane 2 just has a cable that plugs into a Sony camera & controls start/stop zoom. I really want the simplicity & reliability of a simple wired connection so if the Crane M can do this then I am sold else I'll probably go for the Crane 2.

There is no need for MFT for bridge cameras, P&S, drones & camcorder as 1" sensors have that market sewn up. The image quality is easily good enough.
The whole raison d'etre of MFT to be a smaller lighter cheaper interchangeable lens camera has gone now FF & APS-C mirrorless are barely larger than MFT cameras & the best MFT cameras (G9 & OM-D EM-1 II) are the size weight & price of FF /APS-C. Larger sensors always have an advantage in quality but MFT scores only when the trade-off is worthwhile i.e. smaller, lighter, cheaper etc

So you haven't shot a wedding video or indeed been paid for shooting any video? Which makes you an amateur videographer who has never shot a wedding video who still feels entitled to criticise a working professional doing something which you are incapable of doing. It doesn't matter how fancy a photographer you were you don't know what you are talking about.

+1 I couldn't have put it better myself. Her images were a bit over-contrasty for my taste but otherwise it was great. It was in focus, smooth & she got the right shots. I haven't shot a wedding in five years but I would have been perfectly happy to deliver video like that to my clients.
@jonpais has clearly never shot a wedding nether does he any appreciation of how a wedding is shot. An assistant with a diffuser or reflector? Are you kidding? ND filters? Just crank up the shutter speed. You are shooting a live event there are no re-takes & if you miss a shot like the first kiss or the ring shot you are stuffed.
Good for her! She is making money & giving her clients what they want. She doesn't need to care about some amateur nitpicking about the quality of her work.

Oh, i heard, that's why the earlier statements about moving the bride/groom and what not seemed even strange. If you've done wedding shots, you know the pressure. You are fully entitled to your opinion on her work, but I personally think, if you have worked in that industry, you should cut her some slack.

I am on holiday in France at present & the other day we visited Mont-St-Michel. I decided that I didn't want to lug my Sony RX10IV up the steep streets so took my Sony RX100VI (which I use most of the time anyway unless I really need the RX10's 24-600mm FF equivalent zoom lens). Towards the end of the visit the battery ran out & had left spares in the car so I was reduced to using my iPhone 6s Plus. When I got back I uploaded my images I was surprised how well the quality of the iPhone photos & video held up. It's a bummer to have a single fixed lens instead of a zoom but TBH for snapshots as mementos I can see why the vast majority of people find their smartphone is good enough.
I can't see how all these companies producing $2K+ FF cameras with $2K+ monstrous lenses can possibly make a profit. I gave up FF when I gave up shooting professionally. I have been happy with Sony 1" RX series bridge cameras for the last few years. I might be tempted with a MFT as I miss ultra wide angle & fisheye but it would need to be small. My ideal camera at present would be an OM-D EM5 with the EM1 II sensor & 4K video. The G9, GH5 & OM-D EM-1 II are great cameras but are getting to be FF size. In which case I would prefer an A7III or a Z6 or some other FF mirrorless instead of a big & heavy M43.
