All the Nikon mount are have longer flange compare to other mount, so NX fit that legacy lol.

You shoot with PP off, that will fix the clipping
 
I personally spend more money on lens and support gears than camera body, since camera body depreciate too fast and support gear will work with what ever camera you have. Lens doesn't depreciate too fast like body do.

For traveling I just take RX10 II, leave my A7S and GH4 at home lol. After some crazy shooting with primes back in the days I am now a zoom man again.
 
For that price I rather take A7R II ($2699 brand new on ebay) and 35mm f2.8 or 28mm f2.0 lens, consider none of them are small enough to fit the pocket anyway.
 
And if I am really keen to have FF P&S with money I rather spend another extra grand and get the real Leica Q instead. At least they wont release new model every year, plus that 3.6million dot EVF is world ahead of others.

VLog L converted with Cineon LOG to Linear LUT. A mixture of 4K 24p and HD 96fps.
Things I'm loving about VLogL: Dynamic Range, and Color
Things that aren't so great: Banding, and noise.
I'm hoping that using an external recorder at 10 bit 4:2:2 will help with the latter.

Putting together an edit of V Log clips from downtown Chicago. Here are some stills till I can finish. I tried finding scenes with extreme DR (alot of shadows, and sunlight).
 

Hi guys, it's not a hack at all. I would rather call it a bug than a hack.. it's actually really simple. I was gonna order it from the japan amazon yesterday and $99 is really not bad. I don't want to say too much in case getting into legal issues, but I'll just give you guys a hint: try to connect your camera to your Panasonic app on a smartphone.

I was wandering around a Chinese filmmaking forum and someone said that he found a bug in the firmware 2.3 and unlocked V-log L for free.
So I came back home and tried. It really worked. Just did a test shot with Hugo in the sofa and loaded it in resolve with the Vlog lut and did a little adjustment. Here are the before and after frames.

I just wondering how would flat profile grade on the E-M5 II

2.3 kg compared to FS5 827.8 g......not including lens....no matter how good the image is, it is simply too heavy for events and run & gun documentary kinds of shoots....There are many critics when C100 first came out. Many people complain about the lousy specs but I see the potential of this cam for weddings, events and non high level commercial shoots, thus I bought it and simply love it. It simply works with excellent ergonomic and I've been using it for 3 years and never regret buying it. I've gotten myself a A7s and although the image is much much sharper and detailed compared to c100, I still prefer the C100 as the ultimate run & gun cam. The only thing that's holding me from upgrading to C100 Mk2 is the lack of 4K and higher frame rate which is much needed for me. With the announcement of FS5, it has won me over with the same excellent ergonomics as c100 and good specs. Ultimately all I want from a cam is it to work out of the box, highly portable and good ergonomic. Whether its 420 or 422, 8 or 10 bits doesn't matter to me because all my clients are layman and can't tell the difference and IMO, most modern cam have excellent image quality.

Shooting in RAW is a huge surprise!

Super excited, pair this one with the DJI handgrip and I dont need gimbal anymore!
From the photo there is lock-unlock symbol on the mount, could it be interchangeable lens?
The DR and Low light will be miles better than current gopro sensor.

Now its good time to buy NX1!
