Because Andrew Reid and a few others made life here inhospitable for John Brawley unfortunately .

Ohhh.... I forgot about Magento until just now! But Magento isn't really a fully fledged CMS in its own rights (or at least it wasn't back then), but rather it was something you used alongside some other CMS like for instance Drupal.
How quickly would support for the government disappear once they start attacking their own local population in the USA?

It is EXTREMELY difficult to hold land against a hostile armed local population.

Having 100 million rifles stored in homes is the best possible defense mechanism a country could have. (both against hostile foreign governments, or your own government)
You never know when you might be attacked. That is why it is a "surprise".

But also you can own guns for hunting, or sport, self defense, or "just because".

Civilian populations almost never ever privately own weapons to attack another country. This shouldn't be a concern whatsoever.

Rather it is a very effect means of defense.

    Exactly my point.

Let's compare "X amount per year" spent on local civilians buying arms vs the same amount spent per year maintaining a standing professional army:

The first is a more effective defense mechanism. (and less effective at projecting aggressive power overseas! A win-win for global peace)

The first is also cheaper on the state's finances. A win for the taxpayer too!

Did they cover fully-normalised databases yet?  If someone says they've studied database design (in a programming context) and they don't know when a fully-normalised database is better than a semi-normalised database, then I just assume they're lying and/or don't know anything
I think it's down to the clothing.  @Kisaha also said "which for my country equals to Polar temperatures" which is true for me as well because we don't have clothing that is suitable for that kind of thing because it basically never happens!  The wife and I are contemplating visiting Antarctica at some point, and apart from renting some really nice lenses I think I'd also rent some suitable clothing too

What CMS are you using? I've dabbled a little in what was the big three of the time (mostly WordPress, a little Drupal, and a teeny bit Joomla. And probably a little else here and there I'm forgetting).
Not so for me. I'm living the dream! Doing filmmaking, and on any time off I have then I'm getting paid to cycle! Double win-win for me.

This fact illustrates how EOSHD is better than DPReview ?
This is one of the things I love about forums, experiencing all the wide ranging diversity of opinions and perspectives. (even if that means you have to take a dose of the crazy in as well along the way....)
Would there be overall an increase in crime?? It isn't that clear cut.
For one I fully expect the high number of knife attacks would decrease.....

    Exactly!

This is a really surprising by Nikon, as I expected Sony or Panasonic to do this first. Nevertheless the Z6 and Z7 will be the first mirrorless cameras to offer 4K RAW via HDMI to an external recorder - namely the Atomos Ninja V.

I don't know about the title of this thread anymore though man. The A7SII is 4k with IBIS, it was like the two big features of the camera coming from the original A7S that only had 1080p and no IBIS.
I agree with the idea of this thread though I'd be more impressed if it was shot on a GH2 or something.

Good news that you got it back.
Is there no way you can see what they posted while they had it ?
Be interesting to know what it was they posted that caused 7% to unfollow you but the other 93% to think it was OK?
I suspect that is what is behind a lot of these hacks, so they can use it as a way to test opinions and use the data to shape more sinister social media manipulations as per Brexit and before you know it, your country will vote to impose economic sanctions on itself and trumpet a loss of freedom to travel and work overseas as some sort of huge victory.
Or it might have just been porn.

Yeah, the number of gun related deaths in the UK and the US per 100K of population does have the same rough correlation to the number of guns per 100 people in each country so its not actually disproportionate.
It makes a big difference to the overall figures despite that correlation though when in the UK we have 4900% more people than guns and the US where there are roughly 18% more guns than people.
I completely respect your right to follow your own country's laws by the way, particularly in the context of protecting you and yours in the face of that level of heat that everyone else is packing

I'd be responsible for most of them on an average walk down the high street, thats what scares the shit out of me about them !
If guns were legal here though, all of the murders would be very British and done in a passive aggressive way with a silencer at long range so as not to make a fuss.

Very few people ever have a job they really like. It is pretty much about the money if you have a family to support. Pretty much any job gets boring after awhile. Might as well just pick one that you make a lot of money and go do stuff you enjoy that year on your off time.

The older I get the more I realise that people are mostly fuelled by their irrational insecurities and emotional baggage.
I've also realised that people make most of the decisions in their lives (especially major ones) with almost no knowledge whatsoever.  Think about buying a house for example - it's the largest investment that most people will ever make, but look at how many people got it so wrong in the US.  Same goes with investing in the stock market - I'm not aware of even one economist that predicted the GFC correctly and that's what they do for a living.  People are completely rubbish at picking a life partner, look at divorce rates, and those are the ones that aren't still stuck in awful situations by religion, cultural pressures, or economic factors.  The general populace are so miserable overall with their life choices that a huge percentage are on some kind of anti-depressant medication.  I could go on....
So, if people live their lives with judgement so impaired that they get major investment decisions wrong, choose the wrong partners, can't create happiness in their lives, and then don't even decide to get therapy but opt for medication instead, why would you expect that they will be able to somehow transcend all that and become informed, rational, and articulate people when it comes to cameras?
The other factor in this whole thing is that the photography industry is undergoing massive change.  Most people don't adapt well to change, and those that are resisting are competing with everyone else for the traditional type of work that they're used to doing which there is less and less of.  I think this is the main reason that many photographers are bitter and angry all the time.  If you hang out in communities related to industries that are expanding, or where the typical person is new to the field and not clinging to the past then the overall attitude of people is likely to be very different.

Definitely looks like a good option. I am seeing them used under $2000 on ebay. Better internal recording than the C100 and of course better external options.

The C100 mk1 and mk2 are better at high ISO's though. Really considering the C100 MK2.

Yeah an original C300 with DPAF is a beast of a camera yet. 2500 bucks on average. All a person needs.
