To be fair, that is the worst video in the world. I wouldn't invest any conclusions from it whatsoever.

Davey reacted to aldolega in Camera and Lenses Recommendation for $5,000
Nowadays the 5D3 and D810 are completely outclassed and outdated for video work. They're still great photo cameras, but if your focus is video you can get a LOT more for your money.
To make specific recommendations we need to know more about what & how you are shooting, and what equipment you already have. For instance many corporate gigs would require lighting- if you have no lighting equipment you need to knock your camera/lens budget down to be able to get some lighting. But maybe you have a lighting rig already, or your clients typically don't want/care about lighting.
Same goes for audio... shooting length (media and battery)... shooting speed (zooms vs. primes, auto modes)... ruggedness/weatherproofing... transport/storage... what looks you want to be able to achieve. Do you need photo capability? What about autofocus? Do you already have lenses or other equipment you need to maintain compatibility with?

Looks like the kind of thievery that is to order, and if so, those lenses will be out of the USA already and will not ever be sold online as first point of sale. No chance of security cameras identifying anybody, either - unless they are complete idiots doing it for a few bags of crack. Insurance will cover the company but will not cover them for the lenses that people buy as an alternative whilst they await new stock.

Wow, that ... dismisses all criticism as being just "people who don't like or appreciate honesty." "I'm very sorry to get caught Your Honour" is another great apology.
Oh that's just gold! @fuzzynormal he was just reversing the argument, replace "C5D website" with "GH5" and you'll get it.

That's because the sensor in the G7 is very very good , its not the same sensor that's in the gh4 , its a totally new design sensor and its also amazing in low light very very little visable noise, the g7 is a superb camera I shot a feature film with 6 of them last year.

Some things to know about this -
Panasonic understandably were not happy with the flawed test.
C5D - "We have decided to temporarily remove this content while awaiting further feedback from the manufacturer."

Rediculously Seb is still blaming the removal of the test on "agitation from the community" rather than plainly putting his hands up and saying "we got it wrong", which I for one would have welcomed.
Full statement: "Due to the agitated discussion and hostility arising from our test of the Panasonic GH5, and our commitment to re-evaluating our test methodology based on reader comments, we have decided to temporarily remove this content while awaiting further feedback from the manufacturer. We value feedback from our audience, and our common goal is to find the most affordable and portable cinema tools out there."
Forgive me for thinking C5D's goal was to blog about professional gear, all $6000+

I still have the Hague MMC and loved it so much (despite the cheap construction) that I chose another C-shape in getting the SmoothShot.
I knew about the bottom weight screw problem so took the one off the Hague and was dancing around corners with the a7sii and 28mm f2 within two minutes.
With IBIS switched on it is as smooth as silk.

Of,course, like everything in life, competition is a good evolution exercise.
I said on that thread, that I am expecting a little bit more from them to invest in their crane series, after that post, they released the mobile phone stabilizer to compete with DJI and the likes, good move from a marketing - and profit - view, but I couldn't care less for that product, now that they have that out of the way I hope they will reply with a better and more advanced one. If no one had respond to the Crane, then why to hurry to have a better one sooner, than later?
Of, course we have to wait and see the reviews, Mattias you should re-consider, sometimes free stuff are not that bad, and we care for your opinion more than most people on the net!
@Davey I still have the Hague classic but I am not using it at all the last few year, but I haven't a digital either, a few weeks ago we used a Crane with a a6500, and we got some really great footage out of this combo, with this said, in 3 different occasions the stabilizer went nuts on us and my other friend one of these times hit the camera quite hard, yes, they are not plug and play yet, that is why we need some competition!

No amount of shiny adverts will cause me to part with any money until such time the vast majority of users over a period of many months are delighted both with the product and with after sales care. The 4000 was incredibly tempting when Dave Dugdale first got his hands on it, as were the Beholders when Darren Miles reviewed the MS1 and DS1. The Crane seems to be the best of the bunch but there are a sizeable minority that are vocal about various issues. Having blown a lot of money on the DS1 - which is unusable - I have returned to using an old fashioned type stabiliser (cost £35) until such time the gimbal market is ruled by reliability and accountability.

Davey got a reaction from sudopera in Panasonic G85 review - is there any need to get an Olympus E-M1 Mark II for video?
The a6500 smokes them both for autofocus, with the Olly performing terribly at times. Just a shame that the Sony makes Max's brother look like the Hulk.

Thanks for sharing this. That will save me a tonne of time when I finally get around to using lights for the first time (probably this summer when doing interviews). I've watched a few videos on the subject but it's far easier just to look at that one single page.
    Still pictures cannot waffle.

Wow, "extremely brightly" sounds like a blowout from hell on their faces. You are going to have to diffuse it a little somehow, maybe move them way back, or your sensor is going to go into meltdown LoL.
Naked light sources on a face, ahh I don't think that is a plan. You are going to have to have a camera like a Arri to handle the DR.
Try this website for some good suggestions. About the eaisest page I have found to see differnet looks that work.
