  1. The specs show RAW, but dunno exactly what that means. The specs show storage capacity is low? If so, that's a serious mistake...
  2. AND, Duet Display works great on PC also as another monitor. I use my 10.5" iPad Pro sometimes for my audio monitor apps to keep the main display less busy.
  3. Hmm, I have an 10.5" iPad Pro, I will have to check out this Field Monitor app...
  4. I think some adapters are more anodized than others. Meaning they have more resisance than non anodized adapters. The higher resistance "short" doesn't cause the problem as a lower resistance short does. Some resistance threshold thing...
  5. No idea, though I keep purchasing the Lemming LUT, and some others, I have actually not used any of them. The Alexa stuff from Sage looks good too, BTW... Perhaps one day, I will have the time to play and learn some more about these. As it is, my demanding, high pressure full time+, job keeps me down, sigh...
  6. I use the following: - In Project Settings, under Color Management, Change to Davinci Color Managed - Under Color Management select: -- Rec 2020 HLG ARIB STD-B67 for Input Color Space -- Rec 2020 HLG ARIB STD-B67 for Timeline Color Space -- Rec 709 HLG ARIB STD-B67 for Output Color Space
  7. No where near the same effect, that was the entire reason I got a speedbooster...
  8. Sorry, can't, and wont go back to adobe, ever...
  9. Cool! I need to break out my ol' 5DMkII. I don't even use it anymore, might as well experiment too, eh?
  10. About frickin' time. I've asked repeatedly for this since my X-E1 days...
  11. Yeah, I got this with my EOS mount convert Minolta Rokkor PG 58/1.2 I just get a sharpie pen to find where the contact is being made, then use "Hard as Nails" nail polish as an insulator. If you connect and disconnect the same insulated lens often, you have to strip and then reapply. Yeah, I need a better solution. Maybe anodize the lens mount?
  12. Don't know, but I see them listed on FM from $1100 - $1200 right now.
  13. I love ffmpeg. I use ffmpeg, though, I haven't used them as proxies. I need to learn Resolve more, the proxie/bin/Recorm from Bins sounds interesting, I must read more...
  14. Is the video crop factor different from an X-T2 to the X-T3? I ask because I got a graphite X-T2 and the battery booster not long ago on the $500 off deal +15% eBay + eBay Bucks deal. I like it, I am testing anamorphic taking lens on my anamorphic rig to see how wide I can go. I find in video mode I can use the Minolta Rokkor 40mm and my B&H Kowa 2x using the Metabones Minolta Speedbooster. MUCH wider than my GH5 EOS Metabones 0.64XL Speedbooster and EOS mount Minolta PG Rokkor 58/1.2 plus B&H Kowa 2x setup.
  15. I know with certainty that the mounts on the Minolta MC W.Rokkor-HH 35 mm f/1.8, all versions of the 58/1.2, and the 85mm f/1.7 MC Rokkor can be changed to EOS. I believe I have seen the 45mm changed also. I have some changed, and duplicates that are not changed, as I am using the Metabones Speedbooster for the native Minolta SR mounts on my Fuji X-T2. I use the EOS changed ones with my Metabones 0.64XL Speedbooster on my GH5.
  16. You can get the Minolta SR lens mount changed to EOS. I have my Minolta Rokkor PG 58/1.2 changed to EOS. Works good. There is a guy on Fred Miranda forum that does good work. No doubt other places too.
  17. Shrug, I like my GH5, Metabones Speedbooster 0.64XL, and either 18-35 Sigma Art, or Tokina 11-16. Both lens work great, yes, there is some vignetting on the wider ends, I just zoom until I find it acceptable. Not hard to do, though, those follow focus rings would be nice to have, I will have pick some up. I want to try a Sigma Art 11-24 FF lens, no doubt I will probably get one...
  18. I don't what it is now. But I still remember, and still want a big pixel CCD medium format back. Those were the looks I liked.
  19. You should get the Rapido V3 clamp. I have the V2, gonna get the V3 for my second rig. I also want the Rapido Variable Diopter. https://www.rapidotechnology.com/products/clamp-package/v3-clamp-large
  20. I was thinking more of the MF big pixel CCD backs. The output was awesome to me.
  21. I LOVE my Fringer Pro! I got it used, and it has worked with my X-T2 and all the EOS AF lenses I have, even my ol' legends, Canon 50/1.0 L and my Canon 200/1.8L Works great w/ all the manual focus adapted mounts too. Only thing I would wish for would be a speedbooster.
  22. You don't use the Fairlight audio tools in Resolve? I haven't as yet, it used to crash on me, but I see now it doesn't, I'll have to try it. I really like Reaper, I paid for mine, and have been using for a long time, many plugins, I love the iZotope ones.
  23. I can't remember as it's been a while, but I remember it worked okay for portraits, traveling, etc. GH5, 0.67XL Metabones Speedbooster, Sigma Art 18-35/1.8 I use this combo all the time for video, high school football half time shows.
