Looks great!

A bit of constructive feedback:

In my opinion there's too many effects added to the video. I find that they take away focus from the information presented in the video, as well as taking focus from the beautiful shots. Had it been up to me - I would have cut down a bit on the use of effects in the video, but certainly not all of them.

I hope you understand that this is *minor* critique - I think it could still be improved on a tiny bit, although the video is excellent and can't be improved on by much.

Cheers! :)

Excellent Mohamed, I really appreciate your willingness to share your work.

I came across another video today and I place your film and this one together for being unique and creative.

Curious if you used the full Twixtor suite or the light version. Regardless, I "catch your vision" and wish you the best.

welcome to the forum Mohamed

that looks very good

I do like the slo mo parts and the nice narrow DOF you have on some shots, some very nice wide open bokeh circles too

I hope you had a fire extinguisher at hand for those flame shots!!

Thanks ;) yes we did have one but it was ok :)

Excellent work, Muhammed! Never knew Twixtor could be this good. I've also gone through some of your previous Vimeo uploads, lovely stuff in there. Welcome to the Forum.

Thanks :) yeah twixtor can make some nice work depending on how is the shot , always try to put your shutter as high as possible to have less motion blur " then its easier for twixtor to work " thats not a definied theory , its just my way ....

I single-handedly shot an entire narrative short film during the first lockdown, using the original BMPCC. The camera performed magnificently but I did have it fully rigged out. Shot using two SLR Magic primes - 10mm T2.1 and the 17mm T1.6. A one-person crew and one-mother cast, this is a film featuring my poor mum, who’s never acted, and a very, very unlikely hero…

Jean-Luc Godard once said “All you need for a movie is a gun and a girl.” My mum doesn’t speak very good English, so I had to do without dialogue. I didn’t have a gun so we had to do without that too. We couldn’t leave the house, so I shot it all there. And I had no crew to help me, so I did everything myself.
If anyone has any feedback or questions I'm always happy to hear!

Hi there, I just purchased Canon's EOS C70 and would like to complement it with Canon's RF 28-70mm F2L USM lens. Since that lens has no IS and I mostly film handheld and a lot of times in low light conditions, I am just wondering how well it performs together with the C70. Do the shots turn out to be very/too shaky? Of course the camera has electronic Image Stabiliser. Is that getting rid of shaky footage? Otherwise I'll (have to) go for the RF 24-70mm F/2.8 L IS USM lens. Best, Maurits

Amazing cage with built-in follow focus wheel perfect for the a7s, Canon and Nikon cameras. It's in used condition but works great. Redrock are a quality company with excellent customer service. I've found this cage to be exceptional as a one-man-band.

The Scout has a rail system when you need it, or remove rails for a super low profile setup.
