Also, did you set up the camera, in a tripod each time u ran away from it, or you separated the still, from the handheld, footage, and shot, one, after the other? Either ways, if you have done it alone, then, WOW !!! Damn neat. And, really good editing, too. It created a great effect, for the movement bits.
