Also from dpreview: ”The internal capture is 8-bit at up to 100Mbps.” It's a shame, but seeing the kind of magic they worked with the d750:s low bitrate it's probably usable.

Just put the camera in maximum cinematic mode.

Well, I didn’t expect it, but at least you got the sarcasm. Go troll somewhere else. Like, wth does your 60p got to do with autofocus? Loser.

Someone testing the z6 and seems some test of the zlog. I wouldn't call it a good advertisement for the zlog given the subject. I would really have liked to see what human beings etc and his first samples where completely overexposed etc, I don't know if he used zlog in there.

According to rumors, yes. I've noticed that you sound awfully sure about a lot of things only circulating on rumor sites or Weibo.

I own the camera and haven't seen any ”waxiness” yet, and trust me, I was concerned about this with the X-T2. Maybe  you don't know how to operate the camera properly?

Big fan of Olympus. I don't see why they would have to enter 135. Love their cameras and especially the lenses. Smaller sensors have plenty of advantages. The question is when camera companies are going to fully embrace more computational corrections. With the faster read out and less heat, smaller sensors will always have the advantage in this area. I find AWB better in my iPhone than any camera I've ever tried.
Smaller lenses is a real advantage. In time image processing should be able to make up for disadvantages like lower DR or low light sensitivity. An m4/3 sensor is quite a lot bigger than what's in a phone.
135 should become the new medium format. There is no reason for the average user to carry heavy and expensive lenses. The perfect camera for me would be the Hasselblad X1D but I can't afford it. It has plenty of disadvantages like being slow et c. But its strong points are unbeatable - being very compact but with a huge sensor. Likewise there will be plenty who needs a super fast camera with small lenses. The smaller the sensor, the faster the camera.
The current 135 craze will subside, like all trends.
It's laughable when you see someone argue that one particular system, or format, is the best for everyone. I would guess these are typically photographers with very little experience of different kinds of photography.

Tried a Z7 today. It feels extremely good. Also the 24-70 lens feels great, better than my Fujinon 16-55 2.8. All the buttons and controls feel incredibly good. The joystick and AF ON button are in perfect place and well sized. Usable with winter gloves. The shutter release feels fantastic. The sound of the shutter is also really great. If the Z6 feels as good, which it should considering the body is exactly the same, it’s a home run.
    Pre-ordered.

SPEEDMASTER F0.95 is a sharpness monster wide open. It's Leica-rivalling.

And yes that crop is a 1:1 crop of the 4K image, ISO 1600.
Classic Chrome, noise reduction not needed.
    Who needs 8K?!

    I agree.
The problem with a lot of these cameras is people want Log and flat profile but really don't have a clue on how to treat these files.

So I plan to do a shootout comparison between the GH5S and the Fujifilm X-T3 this weekend. I can tell you the Fufi is s perfect travel size. Love the retro looks.
if there is anything specific you really want to see post it here and I will do my best to address it.

I think we can safely put aside concerns about AF with a huge range of existing Nikon glass. That makes it a whole notch more exciting.
Sticks like glue. Dual Pixel AF finally gets knocked off top spot?
Frustrating thing is nobody seems to have a Z6!
If that has the same AF engine in video mode then it will make sense to wait.

Lovely colors and skin tones, they just look right, even when the white balance is off, which is where the Sonys always struggle, even the latest ones.

Since you go for an attack instead of answering a simple and friendly question Im calling BS.
But you are incorrect. I just checked all the biggest retailers here and they aren't listing the prices you claim. Plus you named some store I've never even heard of.
Why don't you for once just answer like a normal person instead of a troll?

Bring them on. A7S III, GH5 FF, Canon R ...

First one to give me 4K60p + IBIS + good video AF + good codec and/or 10bit + at least 24mpx WINS my money

Jesus, Don watch the video. Maybe BM was exaggerating their claim with the BMCC. Who the hell knows? But Mattias’ video clearly shows how great the Nikon Flat Profile is. Check out his 5 reasons to Buy a D750... in the woods shot, with Gunpowder backlit by the setting sun, on most cameras, he would have been entirely silhouetted but the detail he pulled out on Gunpowder’s face just proves the DR capabilities of Nikon’s Flat Profile.

For DPreview review/preview for the camera and their first thorough preview of the camera.
"Autofocus in video is up there with the best. Tracking and refocusing on subjectives is intuitive and reliable... besting what Canon and Sony offer"

Yes, and it is strange to me that seriously video oriented shooters so rarely consider that fact "from the field". This fact and personal experiences drove me even to conclusion that m43 sensor (with high end rendition capable lens) is actually some sort of sweet spot for shooting guerilla art-movies that very rarely, from narrative reasons,  need DoF more shallow than provide by aperture value of 4 (in FF terms)!

Also...I know some of you guys saw I was selling my 1DC....well the eBay buyer flaked on me and now I still have it. Im never doing that again. I almost had a heart attack thinking about saying goodbye to it
