60p raw external to what? Will the new prores raw be able to update their existing recorder or will they release a new one as well.

Yamaha has a great(to me) bussines model for keyboards. When they put out a new newest bestest keyboard out, the tecnology from the previous model just goes into the second best model. It makes sense...if canon did this we would have had 1dc tech in 6d mk.1 already

10 bit is just as unheard off on big produstions as 8 bit is, by no means is regarded as a pro bit depth. Don`t expect miracles with it, in most cases it is prety much the same. Most diference from what I notice is 422 vs 420.

yes, but to the regard of the electrical current frequency. US has a 60Hz electrical current, while most of the EU uses 50Hz. 24, 48, 60fps sync with 60Hz to avoid flicker in US , while the EU as you may gues uses 25, 50 fps to avoid flicker in 50Hz.

it`s not that 25p is for television, it`s a pal/ntsc thing...it`s a necesity! But yes, a cine package(DCP) is 24p and we have to re-sync everything when delivering for cinema and festivals.

But you need to re-sync the audio if you want it done properly. Shooting under artificial non cine lights and you get flicker.

well, compared to other ENG cameras the BMD studio senson is a high DR would make my life way easyer at times.

Well, I sometimes get the same result with the metabones speedbooster, not being able to change the iris. Releasing the mount while the camera is operating ussually brings it back to life. Just an anoyance I learned to get by with.

Well, actually anything above 7 dr stops is HDR, so yes most monitors are hdr. Just like anything above SD 480p is HD content
