I  dont trust the NYTimes either. Or any major media outlet in America for that matter.
I think most crew members would be pretty happy with $600 a day. I would be.

My production company produced this microbudget feature, shot on the GH4. Only have the :30 teaser available right now. But the feature will be released next year.

I'm sorry this is so stupid, I don't even know where to begin. Love him or hate him, he received the worst media bias against him than any previous nominee in recent history.

They are good.  Very solid people.  Also they are open more often than B&H and Adorama

I don't want to discuss if is better 1080 RAW or 4:2:2 4k at the end is up to personal preference.
The op askedt about 1080 quality and we all know that is not the greatest but you can easily downscale the 4k image for a very good picture quality.
My point is that people that never have used a 1dx II or 5d IV continue to complain about the MJPEG saying it is cumbersome, old, whatever... but in fact you can open a 4k 60p MJPEG directly in Resolve from the CFcard do some cuts and grading and render it to 1080p obtaining a very sharp image without any transcoding or even coping the file on a local SSD. In Resolve is way faster to edit at 4k MJPEG than a 4k h264. So it is sure not cumbersome, it is just big but don't tell me that 5D RAW is small. I can tell you that is even much easier to edit 4k MJPEG than C300 II XF AVC in Resolve (no native support).

Luke... I have to say THANK YOU for posting CLEAR and true statements about the 5Dmk4... It seems EVERYONE is blindly hating on this camera because it doesn't do a FF 4K@120 video, take photos, brush your teeth, comb your hair, and take out your trash. There is never going to be a PERFECT camera let alone one for under $2999.  And if ANYONE thinking a GH5 is going to be a stellar STILLS camera has got to be kidding themselves.  Canon has made no bones about the fact that the 5Dmk4 is a STILLs camera first and foremost with really good basic video features which are MORE than useable in capable hands.  I also find it VERY interesting the people who crap on canon the most never want to show their own demo reel of work.... just my two cents... thanks Luke and keep hope alive!! Let the bashing begin

P.S. Im very interesting in see how the Fuji X-T2 does for 4K even though it's a dreaded 1.7 crop I always liked Fuji Colors and its a pretty nice priced option.

As long as the 1080P footage is sharp, I'm not too concerned about the 4K crop factor. I still rarely if ever shoot in 4K, and really have no desire to for as long as I can help it. 4 years from now might be a different story of course but as a hybrid stills/video (mostly stills) shooter this camera ticks a lot of boxes for me.

Yeah most people don't have particularly demanding needs and "good enough" is all they need for now. Unfortunately I expect the Canon fanboys will lap this up.

Honestly for product photos, lighting is everything. Lens choice is a close second. If I were in your shoes I'd probably lean towards Nikon - something like the D3300 is more than sufficient even as basic as it is. Combined with that Sigma glass and you should get great results.
that being said - GX85 will more than get the job done as well, especially with that 12-35 you have. You might get more use out of this with video work too as stated by Mercer

Unfortunately, Ebrahim, when you chose to steal from other people, you risked ruining your reputation.
I think this thread should remain on the forum, but locked, onced the matter is resolved. You are only refunding these people (if you actually do) because of the pressure brought upon you by this thread. If the OP had not started it, you might have been tempted to scam more people, given your previous success.
You are a criminal because you have stolen from (at least) three people and you are a liar because you have lied repeatedly and continuously. These are not desirable characteristics for a Dentist starting out on his career and now future employers will be able to see how untrustworthy you are.
You brought this upon yourself and risked a huge amount.

I truly don't understand why everyone is so adamant about having C-Log on the 5D4. I've got it on the C100 mk 2 and rarely if ever use it. Its just a massive pain in the but when shooting and grading. Images are just great using Wide DR, or even some of the more basic profiles.

I don't mind blown highlights when it looks this good. Basically straight out of the camera. Wow... I agree it needs to be treated like a high contrast reversal film stock.
