Beautiful Dolomites - 5d3 ML raw & Glidecam HD2000

Hi,

I shot this video in Dolomites, Italy, in Marmolada mountain area during 8 days vacations.
Filmed on a Canon 5D Mark III entirely in Magic Lantern raw format (mlv) 1920x1080.

I used Komputerbay 64GB 1000x and Sandisk extreme pro 32GB memory cards. Nexto DI ND2730 500GB photo storage device was super helpful with archiving those lots amount of data in the field.

Most of the shots were made with canon 16-35mm f2.8 L II but canon 100mm f2.8 L Macro was also used.  Smooth shots were made with Glidecam HD2000.

Regarding Magic Lantern - i had absolutely no problem with it in the field. It worked brilliantly, had some few minor crashes but nothing to worry about. Huge amount of data is no problem when you have a device like nextodi or similar with you. Copying 64GB card takes about 8-10 minutes so if you have two cards (i had 64 and 32GB) you can shoot almost continuosly.

Please tell me what you think.

      Hi all!
I'm sharing with you a moody film I did during a short trip in Berlin from last june. Don't worry you will not be drawned under a ton of crazy trendy transitions. Just let the video takes you through History with a big H.

      This city is so inspiring.
Feel free to ask me about the workflow.

      some technicals specs :

Shot with a canon 5D MK III
      1920x872 @24fps
      with crop_rec_4k.2018Jul22.5D3113
edit and color corrected with davinci resolve 15

(by the way thank a lot Andrew Reid for taking the time to create your books, I purchased them a while ago, and even if was using before ML, they offered a good help earlier on the year.)

Im looking for a Sony FS7 picture profile to bake in a look that emulates the Canon 5D Mark iii.

Shot this promo back in August on a 5D3.

      Using a Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 and a Canon 70-200 f/2.8

It was professionally graded in Baselight Studio, the colorist was very surprised when he found out what it was shot on.

Let me know what you think or shoot a question!

Well hello there EOSHD forum readers,
I've just posted my short film, Axiomatic, to Vimeo.
Shot with an older version of the 5D3 Raw hack without the audio component - remember when we had to reload the Raw modules each time after restarting the camera? Ah well...it still worked flawlessly and I cannot thank all the ML developers enough for what they unlocked. 5D3 raw is simply amazing.
Spanish, French and English subtitles are available for whomever needs them and viewer discretion may be advised as there is brief nudity, violence and coarse language. However I tried to make everything as tasteful as possible.
Hopefully you can take some time out of your busy day to view it and please feel free to share it with any of your friends or contacts that might enjoy some dark Canadian cinema.

      Hi there,
I just uploaded the final teaser trailer to my short film based on the Australian novelist Greg Egan short story of the same name: Axiomatic teaser_3
Thanks to @mercer for his suggestions on the edit for it. I've love any forum readers and indie film fans to check it out and let me know what they think. The full short will premier online next week so stay tuned if you'd like to know more.
