  5. For sale Zoom lens 16OPF1-2M-01 f2.4(T3)/12-120mm (Kinor 16CX mount) Sell it because unfortunately it unexpected vignettes at close focus in combination with different zoom and iris settings on BMMCC sensor and i can't accept this. This lens made for 16 mm cinema. It will fit well to Panasonic GH, Ursa 4.6k, RED, Nikon 1 in 1:1 crop mode or to any camera with small sensor, like Pentax Q or 2/3" CCTV camera. Its heavy (1kg), its not perfect zoom as all zooms are. It has its own character, blue-orange abberations at wide open. Front focus ring block was cleaned and greased with HELIMAX-XP grease. Works very smooth. I got this lens from local TV studio, looks it was used a lot in far past. Front glass is clear but got a marks. Rear glass is clear. The iris ring is deklicked (The original ball with spring are present in the package). There is also a rotating arm attachment for zoom but it broken and need to be fixed. There is a 74 to 77 mm front ring adapter installed and additional 77 mm lens cap included. If you interested i can make additional photos and tests. Also i got additional Kinor-16SX-2 lens to MFT camera mount adapter, with bayonet lock it works well with other lenses but for some reason the bayonet don't screws to this lens so the adaprter must be fixed or you can use DIY adapter. Located in Ukraine, Odessa city. Will ship worldwide. Can accept only Payoneer (Make A Payment service from Payoneer to Payoneer account 0% fee) or any Card to Payoneer (Request a Payment service) with 3% fee. Ask $100 (or $150 with Rafcamera adapter) + shipping and payment fees. Well known sensor coverage test: P.S. Stay tuned, i'll post few more interesting lenses for sale soon. 16opf1-2m-01.pdf
  6. Selling some lomo and foton diopters, photos on request
  7. Earlier i did a test and mini review for this lens. Rare lens for sale. It was made for some kind of reproduction machines and covers huge 12x18 cm frame. Probably another bad copy of industrial Zeiss or Nikkor (as all things done in USSR). It covers 12x18 cm frame, its not super sharp on tiny s16 sensor in regular (not macro) mode. The good thing about this lens is that in macro mode you can be very very far from object. It has perfect round bokeh at any F-stop and very flat and even image area. Works well for macro and for landscape too. Iris is smooth, glass is very clear. If needed i can do additional test images. The lens comes with Rafcamera M45-M42 adapter and with PZF macro bellows (Its not the most precise bellows in the world, but its perfect for this lens because it extends way further than other more expensive bellows) Located in Ukraine, Odessa city. Will ship worldwide. Can accept only Payoneer (Make A Payment service from Payoneer to Payoneer account 0% fee) or any Card to Payoneer (Request a Payment service) with 3% fee. Ask $200 ( or $180 without macro bellows) + shipping and payment fees.

  10. I am looking for a set of anamorphic primes, either BAS Lomo or Kowa Cine Prominar s35. Also any suggestions on where to look? Thanks for the help!
  11. Im going to be traveling to Berlin and I was wondering if there was a place that sells old lenses or photo equipment from Russia like Lomos that could be adapted to PL mount or something similar that could be adapted for use in a GH4 other mirrorless cameras. Thanks
  12. Does anyone know how much frame coverage LOMO's 16mm lenses get? Will the Kinor 16 lenses cover the BMPCC's S16 sensor? I ask because Kinor 16 lenses are dirt cheap on ebay, right now I can only find this one but I seem to recall there being a few more options (a 10mm and an 8mm and some longer options maybe?)
  13. LOMO 35NAP2-3M and Rathenover Optische Werke Rectimascop Does anybody have experience with these two lenses? On Ebay, these lenses are very common, cheap, and are often in very good condition. I haven't seen posts indicating it's minimum focusing distance and optical performance in general. Though it should be an indication that despite the accessibility of these lenses, not much footage has been seen, that these lenses aren't exactly the best out there. However, for someone like me starting out, I'd rather try shooting anamorphic with a cheap lens rather than saving to invest in an expensive one right away. I live in the Philippines, and there is no place here where I can have anamorphic lenses rented.
  14. So, in the previous thread, I thought those were all, but after A LOT of thinking, and facing sadness, I decided to let the LOMOs out. Paypal only. In case of questions, PM me here or shoot an email to [email protected] 1. LOMO Foton-A 37-140mm T/4.4 Full Kit (2x stretch, cinema lens) Literally with tears in my eyes, I'm letting this beauty go. Bought less than a year ago, went straight to Olex in Ukraine for mods and servicing. Aperture ring has been declicked, standard gears were installed in both focus and zoom rings, front and back were perfectly collimated and support system was altered for 15mm rigs, mount was OCT-18 and converted to OCT-19. Everything is perfectly smooth in it. It comes in the original Foton-A briefcase, with multiple filters, front and back covers for anamorphic block and spherical part, also a +1 Foton-A diopter (which is almost impossible to find nowadays), a couple color filters and a lever for focusing the anamorphic. The briefcase also contains the original support system, in case the buyer wants to reverse it. The whole case weights around 8kg. The back of the anamorphic part shows some faint fungus, but doesn't affect image quality. Olex himself evaluated it and said it would cost too much to repair, for too little image improvement. And, oh, what lovely images it does produce! (by the way, in the images below, there is a lot of dust in the glass: it's all outside, I was in a bit of a hurry when shooting these) I also include an OCT-19 to Canon EF, ciecio7 adapter, which sells for about $400 on ebay. Here's a link to a short project I shot entirely with it, combined with a Canon 50D RAW:
  15. Hey guys! So, I'm selling my last remaining anamorphics, and just keeping the two I like the most. The ones that are going away are pretty good, and rare too, one could say. They're all in great shape, no dents, dust, scratches or fungus. -- UPDATED 05/16/2014 Thanks everyone, all lenses have been sold and I've only kept the Iscorama. Should look for a 2x stretch dual focus setup after a while, but right now I'm just glad people were so honest with buying the lenses I had. :)
  16. Hello there, I am trying to get an anamorphic lens for my GH2 and have come across a LOMO Arriflex 20-120mm with PL mount that someone is selling for £1.400. http://london.craigslist.co.uk/phd/4297942296.html I am new to anamorphic and I was looking for the cheaper Sankor and Kowa, but I was really excited at first. After that, I read this: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Now, I am not sure if this lens it is as amazing as it looks and if the price is fair. I also found this video from what it seems to be the same lens: Any advice? Thank you for your time Borja
  17. Lowered price:$600 Diopter D=1m for Lomo Foton-A anamorphic attachment lens, AG-LA7200, iscorama, etc.. Bought for $950 Very Rare, This is perhaps one of the last Foton-A diopter you can find on internet. This diopter is mounted onto front part of Foton-A anamorphic attachment. The diopter allows to shoot closer (from 1 meter) and allow very sharp shooting for closer shoot with anamorphic lens or attachment. Lens part are in good conditions. There are some cleaning marks and some dust of surfaces, but no scratches, no glass chips, no fungus. There are some small marks on the metal part you can see it on the photos. May be used with other lenses (AG-LA7200, iscorama, lomo, century optics, etc..). you can see reviews of the use of this diopter coupled with AG-LA7200 on 5D mark II at http://www.eoshd.com/content/555 and > You can buy it now on eBay: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Diopter-1m-for-lomo-Foton-A-anamorphic-attachment-lens-/221356997974?pt=Camera_Lenses&hash=item3389e7bd56 Thanks, Jeff
  18. Shot a short video with the Lomo Anamorphic 35mm Square Front on the GH3. It's true that the OCT18 version is difficult to work with, so I managed to make it work. The close-ups were shot with hand-held Hoya diopters. The simple rig that I used. ( )
  19. Hey guys,   I been going crazy the last 2 days trying to figure out why, all of the sudden, my Lomo square front attachment will not focus with any of my taking lenses anymore.   It sounds quite silly at first (I know), hence why it's driving me nuts, but I was having nothing but great results with my lomo.  I hadn't used it in a couple weeks and had just been sitting pretty in its case, and decided i was going to try a nikkor with I hadn't tested with it yet.  Upon attaching the nikkor lens, I started having a focus problem where no matter what combination or distance i set either of the lenses at, I could not achieve any sharp focus.   So after about an hour of tinkering and swearing, I decided "screw this, I going back to my helios which as always worked without a hitch".....  Before this experiment my helios was right on the money, set the same focus to match the lomo focus and go.  but low and behold now my helios won't get any kind of focus!!!!     I just don't get it?!?  I changed a lens and barely touched the damn thing, and now nothing works with the lens anymore??  as if it was some kind of evil wizardry... The lens themselves work fine, and even with other attachments, its just the lomo part now that doesn't want to work!!  I don't what the hell is going on, but if any of you do or have had this problem, please let me know how much of an idiot I am.     Thank you!!
  20. When I started into the anamorphic experience, I was quite in a rush and ended up getting more lenses than I could actually use, so, in order to make them useful to someone and not only sit in my shelf, I'm letting them go. I modded them a bit, to make them easier to work with, and everything is described.   Ended up upgrading the set of the Century, and after a long mental fight, decided to let the Kowa go to someone else's happy home. Both lenses come with a lot of extras to avoid any more shopping to get them working. After they arrive, you're ready to go and shoot whatever you want. I accept Paypal, the taxes are on me! PM me, or send me an email: [email protected] 1 - Century Optics Bayo for GL1. (1.33x stretch, focus through) This was originally a bayo mount, unable to use with our loved threaded lenses. I got a step up ring "stuck" into the bayo slot, so it's transformed into a 52mm mount and very very safe. It's not a permanent mod. The lens can be switched back to bayo if you want, just unscrew the back and remove the step-up ring. The front element has a few cleaning marks in one of the borders, but they don't affect the image. It comes with front and rear caps. I also adapted a 77mm thread on the front - kind of rude, but it's safe and can be removed - for attaching filters/diopters. I'm providing a pair of very rare Spiratone 77mm diopters, with low strenght: +0.25 and +0.5. This combination of low strength and big size is very valuable when working with anamorphics. Also included is a Series 9 77mm adapter and retaining ring, +1 and +3 Series 9 diopters (in pouches), and, finally, a 77-62mm step down ring for the Sigma +1.6 Achromatic diopter - in original jewel case. Achromatic diopters have much higher image quality, therefore, are also greatly seeked by anamorphic shooters.   And, when you though there was nothing more that could possibly fit here, I'm putting in two extra "anamorphized" primes. A Helios 44 58mm with f/4 fixed oval aperture, and a Pentacon 29mm f/4 fixed oval aperture as well. Both with M42 to EF adapters, M42 rear caps and front caps. The Pentacon comes with a rubber hood and a step-down ring 55-52mm to allow use with the Century. Both lenses have pouches. US$1300 + shipping Century photos http://www.eoshd.com...ry-optics-bayo/   Anamorphized lenses photos http://www.eoshd.com/comments/gallery/album/41-anamorphized-lenses/ 2 - Kowa Bell and Howell (2x stretch, double focus) Sadly, I'm letting this wonderful lens go. It also comes with everything you need to start shooting. Lens in great shape, no scratches, no fungus, nothing. Crystal clear glass. Very little dust inside, which is common for a lens this old. I bought it a few months ago, when I was starting into anamorphics and now will have to let it go, because I can't make good use of double focus, and gotta make room for the LOMO. This kit includes the original front and read caps, as well as the original lens pouch, but also Redstan front and rear clamps (62mm rear, with a locking ring that won't let the lens fall while you align it, 72mm front) and extra front and rear caps for the clamps, to keep the lens ready to shoot, and safe, at all times. I'll also include a lot of step up and down rings to make the clamp fit into any taking lens filter thread (49, 52, 55, 58 and 67mm). The diopters included here are a rare Tokina 72mm +0.5, in original jewel case, and four Vivitar 72mm (+1, +2, +4 and +10) in a filter pouch. US$1500 + shipping http://www.eoshd.com...wa-bell-howell/   --------------------------------------------------------   SOLD!   2 - Optex 52mm (1.33x stretch, focus through) I'd keep this one as redstan clamp fits perfectly, but I just found a 58mm rear one, so this is going out. It comes with front and rear caps, as well as the original box.  No markings, scratch or else on the glass. Absolutely top quality.   US$750   http://www.eoshd.com/comments/gallery/album/32-optex-52mm/   3 - Hypergonar Hi-Fi 2 (2x stretch, double focus) I fell in love with the look of this lens from that Edwin Lee "Futuristic Shangai" clip - I think everyone into anamorphics has seen it. hahahah - and got it straight from france. It's quite a heavy lens and required a lot of extra gear to work properly. Following Edwin Lee's tip, I got the Velbon SPT-1 Lens Support, as well as a Canon 70-200mm lens collar, Vid-Atlantic's extra large clam and caps for front and rear elements.   The Hypergonar doesn't have a filter thread, so getting close focus with it was a nightmare. I glued a 95-86mm step-down ring reversed on the front of the lens, so anything with an 86mm thread can be attached. It comes with a regular 77mm close-up kit (+1, +2, +4) and step rings 86-77mm and 77-72mm, for easier mounting or filtering.   You just gotta attach the kit to your camera and prime and go shoot. Nothing else is required!   US$700   http://www.eoshd.com/comments/gallery/album/29-hypergonar-hi-fi-2/   4 - Lomo Squarefront 35-NAS-4-1 with OKC 1-50-1 in OCT-18 When I got this one, I still had hope to adapt it into the 5D3. Unnecessary to say, it didn't work. The glass is in good shape, but most of the markings on the body are gone. It comes with the pairing 50mm f/2.5, and it works perfectly on other cameras. The only custom-made thing about this one is the front cap, that's brand new, since it didn't have one when I bought it. Rear cap's included as well.   US$1200   http://www.eoshd.com/comments/gallery/album/30-lomo-squarefront-35nas4-1-with-okc1-50-1-oct18/   About shipping, I'm from Brazil, and shipping costs here are a bit random. FedEx tends to be way more expensive than regular mail, so, I need to check before saying anything about it for sure.   On the other hand, I'll be in the U.S. from March 18 to 25, and can ship the lenses from NY if any buyer from the U.S. gets interested. This will make shipping a lot faster and cheaper as well. :D
  21. Hi, all! I have a question to pose to Lomo squarefront users. The fronts are not all the same, right? Which of the squarefronts can go on which of the spherical Lomo back lenses (the coupling ones)?   For example, can the 50mm squarefront go on the 75mm Lomo spherical? Can it go on the 35mm too, or does it vignette? Which combos work (if any) and which do not?   Thanks in advance!
  22. I just got a Lomo 37-140mm kit and it's in OCT-18 mount. The big issue is: I use a 5D3, and they're not compatible.   Since it has two versions, I'm thinking the lens has identical optical design, just differing the mount, OCT-18 or OCT-19. Any tips on who can I contact to do this kind of conversion?   (else, if I can get it converted to, let's say, EF mount, makes things easier, since I won't be needing an adapter).   Thanks!
  23. http://www.ebay.com/itm/200894486604?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649   I'd like to play with a Lomo, but this is getting outside of my price range....
  24. Hi guys,   Purely an academic question but I'm curious about this lens: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LOMO-Arriflex-20-120mm-f-3-3-PL-Anamorphic-cinemascope-Panavision-Lens-RED-Arri-/121052730025?pt=Camera_Lenses&hash=item1c2f4e12a9   Ive been interested in anamorphic lenses for a fair while now but never pulled the trigger on buying one. I'm not planing on buying this one ether as its way beyond any price I could justify. But I was interested if any one had any info or opinions about it.   Is it really an Arri lens? Wouldn't something like this solve the dual focusing issue that many lens + anamorphic adapter combinations have? Wouldn't it also solve the problem of chasing down an entire set of prime lenses? Whats that "1,2,3,4,5" Bit behind the aperture on the barrel all about? Is it an attractive option to you guys? (ignoring the price)   Any thoughts...
  25. I'm looking into purchasing a set of lomo primes in oct-18 mount. I noticed that to directly mount the lens to a canon camera you have to buy either a oct-18 to oct-19 adaptor, and then an oct-19 to EF. They also make oct-18 to pl, and then pl to EF. Anyways, with either of these adaptor setups, I noticed that the oct-18 versions of the lomo anamorphic primes rear lens barrel rotates when focusing. Does anyone have any insight or experience using or converting oct-18 lomo anamorphic primes to any kind of canon EF setup???? And if so how does the focus work, or ways around it??? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
