You are absolutely correct.  My apologies I was trying to address the rules that I broke and focusing on that.  I should have lead with a sincere apology first.  Im ashamed and truly sorry.  Im used to dealing with people in person much more so than online.  Not an excuse.
I really want to work through this shame and prove over time I am a good person and eventually will have things of value to share.  The integrity comment really hit me hard, and am reflecting on what I have done.  I got wrapped up in the "unanimosity" and lost my sense of person and how my actions affect the group of people I am connecting with.  I can only promise it will never happen again.  But if you choose to ban me or what ever it is called, I completely understand.  My deepest and sincerest apologies to everyone here.

Frame grab from today's interview. Just made basic adjustments to balance the RGB parade, nothing else. WB needs a little tweaking and I feel like I never add enough contrast...
Shot at 4k24p roughly 50mm and f/4 or 5.6, can't remember which one as it was getting brighter and my ND only went to 5-stops, so I had to stop down to prevent hotspots on the boats in the BG.

Hey @Oliver Daniel, yes I have the XLR-K3M and have reported on it's functioning in some detail with the A7SIII.  Good news is that is really does give you 4 channels of digital audio at 24bits/48khz as digital straight into media file internal recording (as LPCM 24bit/48khz 4ch).  Bad news is, when using HDMI whether RAW or not, you are restricted to only 2 channels, though they do let you choose which pair of 2.  Kind of sucks considering the Ninja V can handle 12 channels of audio.  So maybe this will be fixed in a firmware release.
Other topic may be using it with a cage and a top handle (even with the 12" MI cable relocator).  My take on that is, when I will be shooting 4 channels of 24bit audio, I will not be off tripod or motion controller and therefore don't need the top handle and will just remove (probably come up with a lanyard to hang it close out of the way).  So really that is not an issue.  Possible issue even without the top handle on is if your cage is too much higher than the top of the MI shoe AND you want to use the 12" MI cable relocator (comes with the it).  That relocator cable, protrudes forward a good half inch plus a thick cable that leads forward.  This too is likely not a big deal, depending on how your cage works and adjustments available.  PLUS, if you just want to install the XLR-K3M directly into the MI, then there is no issue there either, as it doesn't protrude forward right close the shoe.
Hope that helps, I think that was most of the topics so far.
Photos are my lightweight setup for frequent repositioned locked in shots.  I don't have my cage yet, Kondor Blue should be shipping in mid October.  In this picture I have all 4 channels of audio used.  Channel 1 boomed (out of frame) via XLR to MKH-416, Channel 2 onboard XLR mic that came with it, Channel 3 and 4, is 2 sets of Rode Wirelss Go mic's lined up such that I can monitor them (for battery and signal strength).  Battery is FxLion NANO TWO which P Tap's to my Ninja V and USB-C PD charging my A7SIII (which also has USB-C PD charging and you can charge faster than it can use the Z100 battery finally).  Lens is 16-35GM with Tilta matte box.  I'm experimenting with a "poor mans" EVF, aka 5" Loupe attached to my Ninja V.

A good look at the a7s3 with some ISO tests using various PP's. I'm personally still a fan of the Cine profiles since ETTR is my preferred way of working instead of playing the over exposure game. But looking forward to working with Slog3 too.
    Cheers

When the Sony A7 III was released it allegedly damaged the appeal of more expensive $3000 mirrorless cameras, not least of all Sony's own. In my opinion the electronics giant is now doing the same to affordable APS-C rangefinder-style mirrorless cameras, effectively ending their own APS-C line as well - an even more destructive move than last time.
I am minded of the Nikkei Asian Review in July. "Smartphones are not the only reason [for the camera industry's decline]... Japanese industry, which has a penchant for competing against its own products, can also blame itself."
The article goes on to quote Hiroshi Hamada (ex-CEO of Hoya / Pentax): "Digital camera companies intend to strangle their rivals through excessive competition, but in the end they'll strangle themselves"

Not at present. 4k 60p is the max. There's been rumors that maybe Atomos may build an adapter/interface/modual for the V that allow this but at present the max you can record is 60p.

I’m wondering whether going the Ninja (with the Angelbird mastercaddy) route isn’t a way of avoiding having to buy multiple expensive cards. I have pre-ordered  a 160 type A but it’d be nice if I didn’t have to get another one... I don’t mind using an external monitor and with the proper HDMI it’s reasonably secure.

Rinad Amir reacted to Neumann Films in Youtube 4K quality is so poor you might as well shoot 1080p
I think the highest possible resolution on the phone is dependent on the phone itself. Mine can do 1440p, for instance. You don’t necessarily have to do 8K, it’s just the best data rate. 4K is double the 1080p data rate so simply upscaling your 1080p timeline at the end will make for a better looking 1080p (assuming people choose to view in 4K).

The “Auto” setting is based solely on connection speeds. My desktop has a really bad WiFi adapter, when I’m using WiFi and watching an 8K video “auto” will go to 1080p. If I plug in via Ethernet that same video will automatically go to 8K.
Keep in mind that it will also cap based on your device. I’m happy that most TV YouTube apps finally support 4K so those videos now look amazing on my 4K HDR home display.

Hey LightShooter, I have a full Edelkrone setup.  As the ole Franks Hot sauce commercial says...
"Edelkrone, I put that $h1t on everything", lol
I will be doing some shots with the JibOne combines with dual HeadOne V2's for repeatable motion controlled pan/tilt/jib movements.  Also will be doing some shots with the SliderOne Pro V2 combined with dual HeadOne V2's for repeatable motion controlled pan/tilt/slider movements.  I want to see how well the A7SIII does with parallax in an outdoor scenario, with high dynamic range needs, and lots of motion and reflections (waterfall, creek, large bolders).  Will be testing that in 10bit 4K/120p and 10bit HD/240p, plus 16bit 4K RAW (out to 12bit 4K ProRes RAW, as long as Atomos releases it when I go to test).
Also, looking forward to testing out the time lapse with these setups.  A motion controlled Jib movement with pan/tilt done over an hour or two, has an interesting look to it.  And with 12.1MP sensor at 4264 x 2408, the resulting timelapse would be about a 4.3K video.
If you have anything specific to do with motion controlling and A7SIII tests you would like to see, let me know.

The 18-35 is a fantastic lens! Stick with that and go for a .71x speed booster if you are planning on using APC-C lenses such as the 18-35.
When I got my P4K I had a job coming up soon after. I couldn't get a Metabones adapter here in time so ended up buying a Viltrox as an interim adapter for the job. That job was a car commercial and we used the P4K as a car mounted B Cam and for gimbal shot's.
The images looked great, I never bothered getting an actual Metabones adaptor, the Viltrox adaptor has not left the camera body and the camera continues to get used as a B-Cam to FX9, Alexa Mini, UMP etc etc.  The Viltrox is about one fifth the price of the Metabones.
If you are going to only use full frame lenses, get the .64x Metabones and if you are going to use super heavy lenses, get the Metabones with the locking EF mount although I have put cine lenses weighing up to  1.6kg on my P4K with no issues.
If  you want/need a super light and small rig, maybe consider native lenses but i'd recommend trying the lens you already have (18-35) with a Viltrox first. It's a killer combo! A slightly heavier camera is less susceptible to micro shakes when hand held.
