What camera, IQ wise would you guys suggest if the budget went up to 5K? ursa mini 4.6k?

Nah I dont think anybody wants the camera to do the thinking for them. (for like interviews etc it might be helpfull, but for narrative work I dont think so)

That would be the day, but I think they are holding RAW back because of the higher up camera's. It would make higher end camera's obsolete for me and a lot of others.

I never heard about quick sync. So I googled it, it seems it is not compatible with Davinci Resolve nor Adobe Premiere/after effects. So Im thinking going AMD ryzen all the way in a couple of weeks.

Yeah maybe without the squeeze effect of anamorphic it maybe does not make any sense.

What is the widest lens you can use with this adapter? (I like the 35mm-50mm on full frame)

The F35 is indeed a great image (but for me way too bulky + every camera I can find is a PL mount and I have zero PL lenses)

You can order one without the fishing line(no flares, but thats not what im after). I wanted to try one of these cinemorph filters, but you might save me 50$ to test it out, as I did not like the Vid-atlentic clamps.

I thought so too. But I did a side by side from my 5D III RAW and my bmcc 2.5K and I found that the 5D III preserved more data in its highlights. (the BMCC probably more in its blacks). But after some tests I decided to keep my 5D and sell off the BMCC. Cause I just liked the look more then the look from my bmcc. But thats is just my opinion.

hehe yeah ive tried this technique in the past, I love your travel video's man! What picture style are you using on the A7s? As for slog2 I dont think this technique will be sufficient.

I dropped my GH3 once, and the plastic hinge from the LCD was broken. And Panasonic repaired it for free(Belgium). So in my experience it was the best customer service ever.

If i buy a 32" 1080p, can I unfold more layout then on my 1080p 24"? Or would it be exactly the same(but stretched out)?

Hey, I own 2 24" monitors right now. But when opening Resolve/Premiere the layout does not really fold open really that great and the view is somewhat limited. So I am thinking about buying a 32" monitor. But here is my noob question should I go for 1080p or 4K. At this point I dont really care about the quality difference when viewing 4k video. But should the 4K screen not bring more resolution to the same size screen? And I could unfold more Premiere/Resolve Layout? Or is my thinking here wrong? Thanks!

So I did a lot of tests, and this is what worked best for me for vimeo. - Render/upscale as 4K Prores HQ (3840 x 2160). (bitrates always at least same bitrate as the one I recorded A7S ii 60fps 50mbit) - If prores acts up and makes strange artifacts, remove "render as best quality". - GorillaGrain 10%

Well we still got a 4K RAW 1.74x camera. Which is not full frame but aint that bad either.

Oh yes, I didnt think off continious recording of 10bit on higher resolutions, but that could be indeed great.

I would get the GH5, I own a A7s ii and still thinking about getting a gh5. Do you ever need to shoot anything above iso 1600 anyways? I sure dont.
