Id imagine the image coming out of the NX1 is better overall, but the A6300 should perform better in low light. Also the 2x crop for slow-mo is a huge turn off for me, however, theres a speedbooster to make it FF. I currently own an NX1, and might get an A6300 in the future as a B cam, but I wanna see how it performs, specially concerning rolling shutter/overheating and so on.

Doubt it. Would be a first for Sony mirrorless.

Make shure to see some samples before getting an old 50 1.4 nikkor, it's a little bit "peculiar" wide open.

i have the ais version, all the shots except the close ups in this video was shot on the nikkor.
 

I would get the Samyang in Nikon no matter what camera I had.

The old (non ART version) Sigma 30mm f1.4 in Nikon mount is sweet. Doesnt cost much used.

I became aware of this thing through this forum. So I guess Im kicking in wide open doors here.
But I like it so I thought I show my results anyway.

I got both the Nikon to E-Mount and NX.

My first thought was, shortly the ND must be bad and soften the image.
Well, compared to my proven Genus Eclipse its actually sharper...

It has a shift towards yellow. But its so small that after grading its not visible anymore, even without correcting.,

The pricey 35's are hard for me to justify with the sigma art down to about $600 used. The canon looks awesome with better bokeh, but is it worth 3x, not so sure. 

i know you didn't ask me but iam also a sony shooter and i've found shooting at -1 magenta and +2 to orange makes the image very apealing and nice to work with.

Why do people hate sony colors,skin tones ? Is S-LOG3 really not as good as BMDfilm ? 
I really wanna get the a6300 when it comes out to replace my bmpcc. I wish blackmagic would put out a small and affordable camera with 4k and high frame rates but it looks like it's not happening soon so switching to sony is really tempting right now. Plus that super auto focus might be very helpful, especially when shooting on a gimbal.
I just hope grading and skin tones rendition aren't that bad with sony cameras because right now i really like whats coming out of my bmpcc but i just need 4k and higher frame rates it's about time now. 
 

sorry, then why should panasonic "upgrade" to apsc? seems like they have fans as m43, but if they went apsc, people should just ditch them for fullframe..?   - kidding, not really looking to ruin a thread with that..

X-Pro 2 4K - 80% said they don't need it, so Fuji didn't flick the switch in firmware. They ask a bunch of hardcore stills people if they want video and surprise surprise most of them don't.
How are Fujifilm supposed to expand their customer base with new people if the keep asking their existing ones what they want?
This is why camera companies keep serving up the same-old same-old every year... they never reach out new markets, because they only listen to the needs of their existing one.

Damn that is fast, especially with the 50/1.2. That would make a great lowlight/portrait option on a crop body instead of something like the Batis 85.

I shoot almost all my m43 stuff  @f2.  But, I do like my f1.2 lenses in case I need that extra brightness in a dark room.  It's good to have that ability even if it means some annoying CA and softness.  A f1.2 lens stopped down to f2 looks sharp.  I'm shooting old Canon FD, but I've used Nikon and Pentax with success as well.

the 18-50mm version is gonna be a huge succes in the vloging market i think, the selfie screen and 18mm at the wide end and 4k makes it very atractive for them. Much better than the current standard which is the canon g7x
