  1. you exported the video in 480x720p and in avi format, try out 1080p h.264 and you will get a lot better quality
  2. i just think that last year and the year before were incredibly highly packed and this is more like it used to be, but i also expect fotokina to be awesome.
  3. http://www.sonyalpharumors.com/ Sony press event abóut to start
  4. two very different looks, glidecam looks better too be but i think it has to do more with the operator at that point.
  5. great write up! agreed on a lot of the points there but there's just something to "perfect" with the gimbals in my opinon so that it looks kinda fake, i enjoy the more fluid and natural movement of glidecams a lot more than the look of gimbals.
  6. The no battery thing is huge for me too, its a very reliable and failure proof device! Thanks for the video link btw.
  7. wow thats short, i've played 3 seconds as my shortest so ill try the 1.5-2 sec and see how it goes.
  8. the ls300 is a super 35mm camera with a m43 mount and it seems wonderful. I think blackmagic should take same approch
  9. or just use the mft mount like the ls300
  10. With all the hype of 3 axis gimbals in the past years it feels like the glidecams are starting to dissapear, im still an avid user of glidecam (flycam nano to be exact). I just think it looks more fluent. Any else feel the same? But anyway i've had a problem recently with my stabalizing mine. I feels like the usual 3 sec drop time isn't stable enough and swings but when i have a longer droptime its easy to have the stablizer stay tilted a little bit when filming so i've had to use warp stabalizer to fix it. So if anyone here still uses them i would love to hear what your preffered drop time is.
  11. yeah its the special made kinefinty speedbooster
  12. I really hope we see some emount or mft anamorphic lenses.
  13. tbh i'd buy the xc10 anyday over the a6300
  14. everyones favorite filmmaker is back again
  15. most techonlogy like the tesla cars, 4k and super slow motion always starts out in the high end of the market then slowly trickles down into the consumer market so i would guess same will happen with this new technology
  16. Has anyone tested to see if the high bitrate improves the 1080p 60fps quality?
  17. i like to do a little bit of neat video when shooting above 3200 on my A7, but i always and in some grain afterwards to make it more natural.
  18. what kind of crop factor do you get with the 53 x 40mm sensor? 0.5x?
