Andrew there was not big set up at all no lightning at all or location scouting, if you read his interview it was just few fiends doing staff.   Imagine me driving my kids in to school in rolls royce but i have family car and i make beast of what i have. I guys i been going through my huge collection of videos that i keep for inspiration came across this video shoot on 60d and 35mm and 100mm lens that always inspire me to be better. I know raw is cool right now but i believe no about of raw and cc can replace bad story line or video that was shoot bad you know cam movement and framing. I have my black magic 2.5k still in he box not open, wont open it until i do few more project with 60d,

wats wron with 60d i know its H264 but i like the video belive its all about content, you can have all the raw file in the world if video sucks no raw or cc will save it

Why use light room? why not resolve or af or many other CC programs what is so special about LR? thanks

From my experience don't spend to much money i got my self Bausch and Lomb Anamorphic big lens but the image is wary sharp, i got my lens for 60 on ebay. Don't pay more then 150 for Bausch and Lomb This lens will focus 12 ft so you will need diopters to get close up. I got a set of 3 close up diopters for 300 or you can get cheap ones for 20 dollars. My lens is on a dslr cage people say don't buy big lens but i did it after using sankor and other 3 smaller anamorphic lenses the problem is they are not sharp as my big ass lens. I got a cheap Indian dslr cage for 60 and my lens works super awesome and them image is super awesome. I mean in the end what you want out of the elns is good image, A bit of muscle work never hurt anybody. got my self Cokin Z-Pro U960 Pro Graduated Neutral Density Filter Kit from ebay for 150 best offer he wanted 300.   Would you guys know if the z pro series will cover my big ass lens front of it bausch and lomb anamorphic lens      

Hi guys where do you place your ND filter in front or the between anamorphic and taking lens. Andis there rely a difference where it goes? is there sharpness loose? or image distortion. I am thinking of getting 1 tiffen 50mm or Cokin for taking lens or for front  Z-PRO ND GRAD 95mm.   Which filters are better when it comes to image quality nd grad or variable nd filter   Thanks  

Well my honest opinion is that lens sucks and that you should send it to me right away for proper disposal. ;)   I really like it its it has that film fell and look  really nice

ok guys i am at my comp with a credit card looking at black magic camera 2.5k and canon 5dmk3 i really don't care about picture taking i am all about video and main thing is the raw files so my brain is telling me black magic with canon lens attachment but then its also saying 5dmk3. and black magic cam is 1000 cheaper i am just wondering if i am making good choice here with black magic   thanks

so 4 k is pointless unless you are shooting Hollywood blockbuster. So there is not much difference between 1080 and 2.5k? because i am thinking of BMCC 2.5k or 5d mk3

Hi guys i am finally replacing my 60d. I was thinking 5dm3 but i will be purchasing balck magic camera 2.4 or 4k one my question is as a hobbyist should i spend more money on 4k or just get 2.5k and invest rest of the money in some lenses and ssd.   But my other question is MFT or EF mount what would you guys pick i i have some old Nikon lenses but is it worth it or go with ef   Thanks guys

January comes i am getting black magic 2.5k camera was thinking about 5dm3 but being a hack and bmc being actual camera that shoots 2.5k and pro res 422 flat and the image quality is super awesome you cont go wrong with the price. what is it 3k plus tax here in Canada for canon and bmc is 1899 last time i checked

do what i did get step down ring and use hot glue from amazon its industrial strength super glue will bond metal to metal with no problems but be warned once it is on it stays on. and then you can screw your diopter that what i did for my big ass lens 95mm ring for 86mm diopters. oh and it was all like 10 dollars

Hi guys i am in the process of purchasing 5d mark 3 or black magic camera 2.4k one still debating ND SEARCHING . My question is can my mac handle 2.4 raw editing I use FCP7 AF and Premiere for editing and a bit of resolve for CC for now my mac can handle 1080p with no prob but i was thinking what about 2.4k raw. My spec are   2009 mac pro 12gb ram quad core 2.66 xeon GTX 550TI and Radeon 5770 all PC crads One gree HD for main OSX and one 1 TB black HD for video   I was thinking to spend baout 3k on new cam but if i go with Black magic instead of 5d mark 3 i can save some money and invest in to comp hardware to handle 2.5 k or is it my wishful thinking what would you recomend?     Thanks guys for help

Hi guy i am looking to get  Variable Neutral Density Filter 86mm i seen someone bat foir 30 but they are crap any idea of good ones i found one by Light Craft Workshop fader nd mark 2, but i don't know how good is light craft, what about sticking smaller filter in between taking lens and anamorphic. I am trying to get those clouds to stand out.   And i got 200 to spend   Thanks
