Unexpected, maybe yes maybe not, would seem elucidative in any way whatsoever this comparative into PureView realm here: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/features/item/23435_Imaging_showdown_Nokia_808_Sym.php However, the 2019 version is far from its RAW best, pretty worthy to mention as well. Last but not least... "This isn't the PureView branded phone you're looking for." What to say more?

Where can we place our pre-order...? Can't wait! ; -)
-
If you let their 5-star technical service take care of you, no need to wait any longer than 1 week, as my most fair bet would be same business week with the odds in your behalf : ) You're actually a lucky shooter because this camera is worthy of much more than any waiting... The best acquisition device I've ever used ; -)

Shame on you @Kisaha ! : -)

I am ordering the new Nokia 9 PureView to finally upgrade from my old 2nd 808 PureView unit. @Andrew Reid We miss you and your insights, man, you should post more often (E : -)

A disclaimer BTW: Petri was the 1st lens and camera (a rangefinder) ever used by me more than 4 decades ago. As matter of fact, where everything began. I still recall that lovely focus assist where a ghost greenish yellow line was the modern focus peaking of nowadays. No AF, no chance to erase the film or lab cost either. Pretty ingenious, actually. Only as reminder to those who have no clue what this brand and many others mean for several of us : ) BTW part II as moral of the story, think twice or bite your tongue before to bash Canikon, Fujis and alike please... LOL : -)
-
@BTM_Pix for some reason you're to me and many others one of fav posters here... ; ) Other than that, the flaws going with that Petri are simply delicious! : -)

Sure, horses for courses : -)
-
Yes, it works : ) That huge monitor coupled to their tiptop focus assist is so efficient, I doubt you'll want to touch the screen to acquire focus... ; -)

Indeed. CinemaDNG lossless would surely be too : ) Nothing against softness approach to create cinematic pictures. We can apply it or not with the tools we have, not else though. Without mention the introduction of artifacts such as moiré and aliasing. Take a look in those tests from the 2nd link there, no doubts on. It is what it is.
-
You should include CinemaDNG as well. Yet more crystal clear:

In a word: WOW I am pleased and proud on your behalf. @Andrew Reid surely too. This forum has made history. Where are you Mr. Petty? @CaptainHook @John Brawley

Please let us know your finds : -)

Lightweight helps. Touchscreen AF works as silk even though depends a bit on the lens firmware you pick. They don't behave all the same. The newer the better. https://www.thephoblographer.com/2018/03/07/lens-review-7artisans-50mm-f1-1-leica-m-mount-and-used-on-sony-fe/ http://www.stevehuffphoto.com/2018/05/02/the-china-summi-cron-7-artisans-35mm-f-2-for-under-400-review-by-casey-cavanaugh/ What deal have you ordered?
-
It rather depends on your shooting style. I've found a 250-300 grams lens a good match for P4K handheld comfort when 550-600 grams weight seems a bit some other camera ballpark range when coupled to the 722 gr. native camera : ) Manual lenses work pretty accurate with that big monitor and effective focus assist bonus and 7artisans lenses the best bargain you can find on the light side to match the heavier cine-style Rokinon offer.
