I confess I haven't tried the rubber ring solution yet, I am still a little confused as to how it would help my problem given that if I am still able to rotate the adapter to where it needs to be with the rubber ring in place, it's not really tight enough for me to be able to focus without issues of it sliding around. tferradans: you emailed Redstan and he told you simply that he was sold out?
