Thanks, it was around -28C at it's peak during the time I was filming there. I went through 4 Sony a7s batteries in an hour. So pretty cold. Surprisingly the gimbal didn't run out of batteries and performed flawlessly.

Hi all, I shot this in Jordan a month or so ago with a Sony A7sii and a Zhiyun crane. I used two lenses, the Sony 28mm f2 and the Canon Fd 50mm f1.4. We also had permission from the Jordanian gov to use a Phantom 4 while we were there. Would love to answer any questions and if you would like to follow along on Fb and on youtube that would be great, thanks!

mojo43 reacted to Don Kotlos in Skin tones with Premiere/FCPX/Resolve
Now how did I know you are going to say this?
I offer a subtle grade and you close your eyes, I make it extreme just so you can see and you don't like it because it does not agree with what you are claiming.
If you actually look at the picture that I posted at the top you are going to see that Resolve does not change hue whereas Premiere with Lumetri color does.
But its fine if you don't like the comparison (or the result), I am not going to argue with you any more.
Maybe this thread is not for you, but for people that are (too) sensitive to differences in skin tones.

Use Wordpress and buy a theme which is almost exactly how you want it to be from Theme Forest. Only choose themes made in past year with at least 20 4.5 star overall reviews.
Embedding videos is much easier and it will boost the video rankings on Vimeo or Youtube.
Buy your domain name from internet.bs (avoid GoDaddy they will hammer you with unnecessary addons).  Host it with Hostmonster if in US or Vidahost in UK. Cheapest package is fine. Actually the domain name may be free with the hosting.
Use Tinypng to compress photos or the plugin SmushIt if you want to batch compress. There is also ImageOptim app on Macs for jpeg. Page speed is a big ranking factor for Google.
Dont buy any spam links or it will get banned or penalised in Google. Join Google Analytics and Search Console to help get the pages indexed in Google, get advice and see visitor statistics.
Join Google My Business Local if you want local clients or Brand if not. Make sure the category is right, then get a couple of reviews and it can be a short cut to the top with the Google Maps listings.
This is my first post on here where I am an expert, usually feel like a noob.

I discovered this as well. It's a big deal for my work, but luckily, there's a (mildly annoying) workaround! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0evKZXohM7o&t=774s
I'll add one thing that isn't in the video. It's best to have a dummy job first in the queue in media encoder, because you have to stop the queue since it starts automatically. If it stops on a proxy file, then premiere won't be able to find it and you'll have to manually re-attach it. Having a random other render queued first ensures that none of your proxy renders get cut off mid-render.

I use to use Music Bed all of the time, but this year I had an employee contact me. She was asking me if I could help out by telling her more about the project that I was working on. The musician that wrote the track I used wanted more pieces to show their music with. So I told her about the project. She started investigating into employee counts etc... Anyhow, it turned out that I had the count wrong so I owed another 100 or so dollars. It was my mistake, but I found it very sinister and devious the way she approached the whole thing. It left a bad taste...
So that being said, here are the places that I have been using every since:

    http://www.premiumbeat.com/
    http://freemusicarchive.org/

And I also hire musicians to create custom tracks or contact people directly about licenses.

I wonder if many people know who that is. His name is Fulgencio Batista, one of the many US-backed dictators of the world. Here is the wiki article for more information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fulgencio_Batista. I urge you to read it, it will not take more than 5 minutes of your time.
If you don't then I will just include three quotes from your past president JFK:
"At the beginning of 1959 United States companies owned about 40 percent of the Cuban sugar lands—almost all the cattle ranches—90 percent of the mines and mineral concessions—80 percent of the utilities—practically all the oil industry—and supplied two-thirds of Cuba's imports".
"Fulgencio Batista murdered 20,000 Cubans in seven years ... and he turned Democratic Cuba into a complete police state—destroying every individual liberty. Yet our aid to his regime, and the ineptness of our policies, enabled Batista to invoke the name of the United States in support of his reign of terror. Administration spokesmen publicly praised Batista—hailed him as a staunch ally and a good friend—at a time when Batista was murdering thousands, destroying the last vestiges of freedom, and stealing hundreds of millions of dollars from the Cuban people, and we failed to press for free elections"
"Batista's rule was one of the most bloody and repressive dictatorships in the long history of Latin American repression""
Fidel was an attorney who had run for parliament in 1952 elections that Batista canceled with yet another coup. When Batista felt he had made his fortune he fled Cuba with it, and after years of struggle Fidel and his army took charge.
    Guess what happened after that.
The bay of pigs invasion (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bay_of_Pigs_Invasion).
I bet this will make a much more interesting story that can educate people and help them elect wiser Presidents.
P.S. Oliver Stone has two documentaries about Fidel Castro that are worth watching. Also Oliver Stone's "Untold history of US" is a great doc series to watch.

Wow, as a Phantom 3 Pro owner, the Phantom 4 Pro is really, really tempting. I want to see customer demo videos though. I love flying the P3P but the video is mushy, especially in low light. Reminds me of pre-hack GH1. As a drone flyer who would hire out a licensed pilot for any pro shoot, 5K raw is overkill but a P4P camera upgrade is very welcome if it holds up.

Note that the controller is NOT included in the Phantom 4 Pro pricing- it is $300 extra. You can use your old controller/tablet.
Pricing seems pretty good at $1500 but then you start adding in all of the required accessories- backpack, at least 2 extra batteries, etc and it starts to add up.
