Apologies if you know this already, but if you are looking for more reviews, you should search for 'Samyang' as this is the brand name used for them in Europe.

I've got the 85 and the 24.

Can't really complain about the performance or value of either (although the 24 is relatively 'expensive' is Samyang terms so doesn't seem as much of a steal as the 85).

Andrew did an extensive review of the 24 on here earlier this year with interesting comparisons between it and the the alternative from Sigma

Hey Thanks alot, I will definitely check out Andrew review. Also do you have any videos up with the 2 Rokinon/Samyang lenses?

Do you use them for photography and cinematography?

Have any low light videos up? if not can you shoot some? : )

I use them for stills so don't have any low light footage.

There is a Samyang flickr pool which has tons of examples from the different lenses in the range.

ok, whats BMD?

did you see that Rokinon is making a CINE version of their lens, starting with the 24 and 35, so the aperture ring will be smooth instead of clicks, and will have teeth for follow focus, and markings on lens..

Interested in those as well for my prime list.

      - PRICE: $599
      - STRETCH: 2X
      - FOCUS: Double-focus
      - PAYMENT METHOD: Paypal (fees to be paid after initial payment)
      - LOCATION: Switzerland
      - SHIPPING: Not included
      - INCLUDED: Redstan rear adapter with foot support and Redstan front clamp (value = $100).
      - CONDITION: No scratches and no fungus. Clean glass with the exception of a couple tiny spots on the rear glass. A couple of VERY light scratches that are only noticeable under a light source. Body shows some signs of wear but it works perfectly. Coatings are not flamboyant but the lens creates these signature purple/orange flares perfectly well. I wasn't able to get 1000% tack sharp images, so the lens might need to be serviced. It gives reasonably sharp results though, and my issue might actually come from my taking lens. Bought it from a fellow member of the Anamorphic Shooters group on FB and barely used it because of a decrease in filmmaking activity.
      - COMMENTS: I can send some footage via wetransfer. Open to offers.
