Random Thought: Reviewed more of my XT3 footage, I think the lens at f/2 was a tad soft (not cameras fault), but man.. that image is beautiful out of the camera. I don't have that lens, but when I did research, it seemed to be just as noisy as my other sigma lenses. I have had 2x Sigma 35mm 1.4, a 24mm 1.4 and their 50mm 1.4, they all have a loud clicking type sound until you stop down to f/4 or something. Many people use that lens on MF with peaking. I use the 1DX ii, it focuses extremely fast, I am sure my camera makes lenses a tad louder than something like a 6D. If you don't use something like the 1DX and use a shotgun mic, without the subject moving a ton, you should be fine.

I love the 1dx ii, but I wish it was 2lbs instead of 3.3 and had wifi. I agree, it is so annoying that Canon sandbags everything, even the 1dx ii has been sandbagged to protect their cinema. Then you spend $10k on their cinema cameras and they still are sandbagged to "protect" their flagship cinema camera. If sony ever gets their AF/skintones to what I like, I won't come back.

They work very well, sometimes you will need to calibrate them a tad. Just know that sigma lenses are loud when they AF.

A large single panel is very difficult to manufacture flawlessly. A large panel consisting of many smartphone sized pieces is much cheaper. The micro led tech is very interesting, it allows for modular screens, looks really good like oled too. They have made movie theatre screens with it now. I could see 120" screens being accessible to the middle class in 10 years or less. The wallpaper screens are cool, but they still are manufactured as a one piece screen. My 4k oled was around $8,000 when it came out, it was stated that the OLEDs were so expensive because they had to throw away 70% of the ones they made. Now you can get them for $2k instead of $20k+ when they first started making them. I wish someone would make an ultra short throw scanning laser projector, they probably cant though, because it likely is impossible to avoid blindness (some idiot would eventually look at the laser)

110 octane, I preferred the high performance I got out of it compared to the 95 octane I tried before. I was able to hit 250 fps on the 95 and 420 fps on the 110.

I just had a 13k follower photo account stolen, then perma banned in a 5min window. I have friends that had the same thing happen once they got around 10-15k. All of us have had their "2 factor authentication" on and never got a text code or anything. I also know people that had large youtube channels stolen & or destroyed by hackers. The companies never care to help; if the hackers do something bad on your account, they will never un-ban it. I am glad I don't do content creation for a living, it is way too risky to build on someone else's platform. I think I will make a website called: eosuhd.com instead.

I know someone that could do a drive by during your music video, to give it that arc you might want. He could just use blanks so it would be safe. Edit: I talked to him again and he said he couldn't load up with blanks, just in case he had to actually light someone up driving to or from the location.

It's out of despise for the 1dx ii, they don't want people picking it up and shooting video on a sports camera. They realize you look crazy doing that.

It lets me on my s8+ in pro mode (would never use it anyway, hate in camera sharpening). I tested skin tones vs the g7x ii & it was so many miles ahead of the dji. I can also put the g7x in my pocket; for me, it really is between those 2 to supplement my 1dx ii. I am not going to take the time to connect my phone to the pocket & correctly set the fps/white balance etc. Canon turns on fast enough and is stable even walking. Indoor low light wasn't a competition obviously, I was scared to use the pocket indoors with that much noise in my earlier testing. The auto white balance kept going yellow over and over again on the pocket. I hope they improve that AWB. I think the pocket is not a flattering vlog setup. I would use it for outdoors stuff and running around chasing things. G7x ii for anything else that you don't bring a dslr for. I seriously cannot stress enough how much better people looked on the g7x vs the pocket.
