  1. Something like the LS300 Virtual Scan Mapping function would be great.
  2. 3 seconds maybe. The buffer doubled the size to 3gb. IF dual card is used to clear part of it 3 seconds might be possible...
  3. aprox. 20MB x 60= 1200 MB/s crazy stuff .
  4. Does a Canon EF to m43 bodies Speedbooster XL with EF zoom lens + IBIS - do automatic focal length report? Or we have to dial the focal length every time we change the zoom for IBIS to work properly? Anyone tried it with sigma EF zooms? Thanks.
  5. Luke hinted that already

  8. I don't think it looks ok. Look at the mountains edges at 1:24. Just horrible. Maybe turnig down the sharpening helps. Even the EOS CLOG may help. But the footage in this video is horrible IMHO.
  9. Looks worst than the 80d... This could be a very usefull camera.... but no. just for photography...
  10. Sensor: Effective pixels 24.2 million pixel APS-C CMOS (total number of pixels 25.8 million pixels) Those extra pixels are used for the electronic stabilization process?
  11. Let's see how the EOS M5 1080p is. (No hope for 4k) With the viewfinder, dual pixel AF and maybe the same sensor this can be a fun camera to use too. http://www.mirrorlessrumors.com/sketches-claimed-new-canon-eos-m5/
  12. GH line never had IBIS. Previous GX cameras have it. I think that's the way panasonic differentiates camera lines and features.
  13. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/explora/video/news/unveiled-canon-xc15-upgraded-follow-xc10 - New color matrix profiles - New Highlight Priority gamma that functions as an HDR setting for high-contrast scenes - Low-light performance has been improved - Autofocus speed is now almost double the speed of previous versions and has three adjustable speeds.

    BLMCC 4K?

@Mattias Burling Mattias, have you finished your LS300 review? Is it still a good option?

    XC15 (new XC10) is a possibility! : http://www.canonwatch.com/canon-xc15-camcorder-coming-soon-xc15-mention-support-page-suggests-cw4/
  18. I don't know where that number (1.7) came from. to my calculations it's 1,91 for a 1:1 4k readout. And, if true, that's too much crop in my opinion. Even a tokina 11-16 would be a 21mm FOV that may not be wide enough.
  19. The MJPEG makes perfect sense in this primarily STILL images camera. Is the perfect codec to pull still images from video. I think thats why it is there.
  20. 1:1 pixel 4k is a 1,91 crop of FF area, to my calculations. more micro 4/3 than super 35mm.
