The 1x3 Mode quality is pretty impressive, best ML raw quality I've seen I would say. Only problem is that the eosm can't record that fast, I'm getting 20-80 frames @51.5mb/s

There are no Budget lenses for a mirrorless aps-c lens, and since the whole market is contracting I don't think they will go for it. Maybe they will come up with a d5700 without mirror, would be a nice Little thing.

It's not a real speedbooster but some chinese crap, the first copy that came out that had bad coatings and gives a blue point in the center when shooting against the sun. The only way to have a good speedbooster on the eos m is to modify a e mount speedbooster and combine it with a ef-efm adapter, this will give you full ef compatibility. They made some of those hacks in Korea, not shure if they still do it.

There are some radioaktive takumars, but I don't know if the one in the Video is one of them.I have that chinese speedbooster and it makes those blurry corners, specially if infinity is not set correctly.

The crappy corners in that Video are produced by the cheapo speed booster he is using, the takumar is a good lens.

I'm bored of those seascapes, I want to see some New York City footage. I prefer the zeiss because I don't really like nervous bokeh,but let's continue this review with NYC footage, I want to see some glorious out of focus lights on the zeiss, I love it when they are dense dot and not some fuzzy crap, and I think that's where the zeiss really will show off.

8k on a tiny sensor is pretty pointless. Even on fullframe it's on the limit and is more a way of getting true 4K because of the Bayer array.

Thanks, the lens was wide-open, you can notice this looking at the booked balls not showing aperture blades and spherical aberration making everything soft. The other shots are medium format pentax 105 2.4mm

I only sort of like the nikkor 50 1.2 at night. I wish I had the money to buy the noct 58 1.2

And you didn't loose all your pictures because of the Single Card Slot

@Alpicat there is some interesting stuff Happening in the magic kantern eos m Thread, if I got. it right they found the 1x3 Mode, which gives 5dmkiii type binning, I don't have the time to get it, maybe you do and come back and Tell us

I don't have a 14bit screen either. 16bit raw is very nice, my Medium Format digital back 16bit files have lots of Info that come in handy to make Natural HDR 8bit Images

When I was a teenager and naiv, dpreview was like a institution in my mind, something like the royal academy of cameras, their tests were absolute truth to me. Since they kicked you away because of not sucking PR dicks they totally lost my respect. I should have doubted them from the first day, guys that can't take pictures (sample gallery) can't be trusted with cameras.

You have to raise ISO because it's dark, but if you increase the intensity of the light you will have to fake it in post. Doesn't really make sense.

You could try View NX which comes with the picture style editor. You can import edit and export all picture styles.
