hi! my final choice is between the two rigs shown in the images below. which one do you suggest me to get? 1) basic cowboy studio style shoulder rig. 2) this one is an upgrade with hand grip. it costs about 12 euro more than the first one. my question is does it worth the money? thanks a lot for help!

I will mount my canon 7D on top of it, with my canon 50mm f1.8.
