Lady of Shalott - Lantern

Our friend Sacha lights a candle light at ISO 8000. The results are buttery smooth and the blue glow of the lake is pure moonlight. You can also see stars reflecting in the surface of the water.

For the shoot I used the Voigtlander Nokton 35mm F1.2 full frame Leica M mount lens and Canon EF 50mm F1.2L wide open.

Willows whiten, aspens shiver.
The sunbeam showers break and quiver
In the stream that runneth ever
By the island in the river
Flowing down to Camelot.
Four gray walls, and four gray towers
Overlook a space of flowers,
And the silent isle imbowers
The Lady of Shalott.
