LOL You are. But with that BMD rep entry I already had dismissed the case... ; ) Better 400 than 800 anyways : ) BTW that talk about free Resolve is rather funny to not say ridiculous :X Hey guys that one is a DaVinci... that one, remember? :-D
-
No, I did not : ) Any link to?
-
Danilo is a very enthusiastic artist I have the pleasure to have met personally... Be welcome here, ragazzo :-)
-
...you two Don and Jon, you are a must... LOL : ) This forum would become another one without any of you ; ) Cheers to both, E :-)
-
*rolleyes* scusa : ) No St Anthony per te : )) Maledizione di un portoghese ; ) Seems like to say from nowhere that your best 2nd half's face sucks... LOL :-)
-
How high ISO you went on GH5 there?
-
Yeah, but origin? :-)
-
That Bob Caniglia from BMD about 1:25 minute also states 400 and 3200, so I know nothing for the subject matter :-)
-
And what about the sensor there?
-
oh my... where have we just arrived?! Next masterpieces won't be made by humans anymore... :X Silly but effective for silly motion picture entertainment. From now on we risk to have TV from poor to poorer... :-D
-
Resolution for sure not : ) Details? Will you need to end there even risking to end with oversharpened borders for outcome? No way you reach that as actually real cinematic, count on it if so : )) As much as no details will praise the cheater, no good devil you'll find in the details when more than anything, perception is your game after all (E :-)

I read somewhere about June. Indeed. Hope Vlogging may push the boundaries, as matter of fact. Funny to write it but that's the way it is. Media convergence times advantage, I believe :-)
-
Correct. Day and night for first time with this new generation cameras to begin with EVA (solid name for : ) Why other than that? ; ) Dual base ISO there is 800 & 3200 though :-) https://www.proav.co.uk/videos/blackmagic-pocket-cinema-camera-4k/
-
120fps @4K [Z cam E2] To stand corrected there : ) AF will be limited on BMPCC 4K as far as we can guess. Useful comparison table anyway :-)
-
That's what I wrote up there above that same post on reduser : ) It is always nice to listen some others' opinions though, it is what we have for now :-)

That's how it looks when from a monitor directly @ NAB booth recorded on a smartphone (courtesy by Raymond Zananiri):

Nice evaluation by a professional colorist on reduser on those images posted here at first hand: http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?166868-NAB-2018-Blackmagic-Pocket-Cinema-Camera-4K&p=1797545&viewfull=1#post1797545

Sure, you can :-)

I even produced a feature made with one also coupled to an external recorder (Atomos) in the US a few years ago, released three years later. All that Jazz still and forever up for many years to come as well, so... ;-)
-
Right. Different strokes for different folks : ) No IBIS for GH5S either but I obviously got your point : ) I guess one of the reasons why this 2017 camera will still be here for a long time. There's no outdated cinematic tools only outdated video technology and these cameras can be beyond that :-)
-
You have your point. I believe no one can say it from me there ; ) I just think here, there and everywhere there's no need to overstate it in a way that seems it is more crucial than really is. It merely depends more on the shooter skills than that camera, really. Trust me :-) I placed on Monday a pre-order for this new Aussie toy to couple 2x E2 Z cameras. And I was actually waiting for NAB because I will need to order more one or even a couple of GH5 units, so go figure. That's the record of this acquisition tool so 2017... LOL ; ) No other camera offers anamorphic 5K (I'd rather call it like that) than that device at similar price range.
-
Jon, speaking of our recent discussion on ergonomics topic, hope we future BMPCC 4K users do not end there on a gimbal: :-)
-
LOL In good hands, pal, in good hands : ) The leftover, not even idea how to handle it ;-) The way the highlights clip is the only other shortcoming which can hurt the outcome if the user let it go...
-
C'mon Dennis, you are getting your workaround to control the beast or not? ;-)
-
Point taken. I agree only in a part. You can do whatever your goals may reach with such device. Just know the tool and your craft (E :-)
