After all the only difference is not the chipset which is the same middle class Snapdragon 730G (much lower than OnePlus 7T's 855+ as for instance, much more valuable route only to mention 4K60p for similar price*) as well 6GB/128GB vs 8GB/256GB and something they call 7P vs 8P lens system for 108MP mode I have no absolutely science what really is : D https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=9936&idPhone2=9945 Other than looks like Chinese have chosen Lisbon for their products launch. * Here's a curious comparison: https://www.gsmarena.com/vidcmp.php3?idType=5&idPhone1=9936&idPhone2=9816 Xiaomi Mi Note 10 @ 2160p video sample OnePlus 7T @ 2160p video sample

Who needs 4K after all? : D Love the colors of this capture device BTW... Something I've been thinking about is... If 30p motion doesn't help to retain detail better than judder 24p :X without mention a better combo matched with 2.7K resolution, a midway in-between the more cinematic 1080p and crisp UHD... It's not talking heads nor motion in its whole splendor other than little one coupled to ultra wide angle after all... I'd also love to see such smaller 1,100mAh battery giving extra 50 grams room only to couple a Osmo Pocket (116 grams) there in the end which would bring 4K60p @ 100Mbps to a bird with just about 300 grams (!) allowing a payload perfectly at its flight range, I guess: That said, I find it as the most interesting drone offer ever IMO, totally no brainer indeed : -)

Correct : ) Amazing how these devices have improved their outcome... In any case, keeping appearances can end misleading anyway:

Hard to accept IQ-wise, nowadays, makes sense to post it here rather than in the silly comparisons thread, isn't it? ; -)

Announced in China this morning. Totally official now. Global version launch as Mi Note 10 is scheduled for tomorrow in Spain. Should arrive Mi Note 10 Pro version too along Snapdragon 855+, hopefully with 4K60p... https://www.dxomark.com/xiaomi-mi-cc9-pro-premium-edition-camera-review/ https://mspoweruser.com/xiaomi-mi-note-10-is-dxomarks-new-smartphone-camera-champion/ https://www.gsmarena.com/dxomark_xiaomi_mi_cc9_pro_tops_camera_chart-news-39951.php https://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi_cc9_pro_is_official_with_a_108_mp_pentacamera-news-39948.php Impressive to say the least : -)

Well, I must confess I have a weakness for workarounds... LOL : ) This guy has something interesting on topic: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheFlytPath/videos Without mention, here's a finest example where you probably won't be able to easily shoot with some distinct bigger one despite to be closer to Mavic format factor than Phantom-like birds for example -- I guess much an issue of weight 4x less, regulations and, therefore, freedom of use:

I understand your point but 5DII had the same trouble and that didn't impede to be adopted and spread the mouth by the same professionals... : -) I wouldn't discard a tool because works in auto mode. Not all tools, but a drone as for instance. The point is: a tool is the one you can use ; ) Because of regulations, you'll be unable to shoot in so many circumstances... Not for a planned shooting under controlled variables, of course.

Frankly, I like what I see graded along what has been shot with this bird... Do we really need sharper 4K outcome with such? And for those who complain about manual controls, here is something to them: To be honest, I don't somehow share part of the criticism... For the price and form factor, I find it a perfect no brainer : ) Good luck to those who will stay out of it with any of those outdated or much heavier/bigger birds LOL ; ) I'll probably buy one before they'll launch the Mavic 3 Pro : -)

OnePlus 7T video outcome is the best IQ I've ever seen coming from a smartphone device... @ 4K60p motion:

Coupled to 108MP stills though, let's wait and see just a few hours away...

At least there is something you can take advantage from... a bit of slow motion with the 30p -> 24p conversion LOL ; -)

@BTM_Pix you've revolutionized the use with this device : -)

Thanks for the information, it can be useful depending on different regulations : ) Any link to that battery?

First off, user sanveer, your typo brought the wrong member here. Better to pay attention to correctness, you know? The content follows. So, we're trolling unless we become silent? When an old member in this forum has a different opinion or anyone can see some unfairness to be written or produced. Is that so? You're not the only entitled to express a view. Otherwise, it is tyranny. Some people have conveyed their disapproval on RED business practices, without mention an attack towards someone outside who are not even here to defend himself. Mentioning facts with reputation damages but where are the evidences other than the mere territory of opinion making? No matter how you feel about him. Fueling some past issue with the webmaster here, innocent in all this mess as I had the chance to directly write to someone lurking in the serious stuff written in these pages. A public place is not private communication. Is that the way you recognise your appreciation to the owner of the site? And you act in behalf of this (free) forum? BTW what contribution you've added to help to solve and handle the trouble? None of our business, isn't it? Consequences don't knock to our door, correct? ; -) To persecute someone is instead what you're claiming. Blanked about you, I think I remember I've once heard you saying in these same pages about your legal background if my memory serves now. And I haven't listened a sole entry on legal aspects to address the matter, though. To make a point to not fit our perspective is then something forbidden under your depreciation? What about your reactions to click one post yes, one post not, along this thread? : D Why intensively? Didn't you like the number of my paragraphs or the countless basics of my point? LOL So I end accused by you to be a troll? Of course, in your mind I see what you read there is annoying. Save your opinion to your posting as it is your single right in a free forum. We should all have the same open chance to demonstrate our perspective. In the free world, there's a name for it: right of reply aka right of correction. Not only those ones who serve our proposal. That's how a free society or community works. For some reason I seconded a disapproval on banning policies only because we can think differently. On that, I, Ed and many others share the same vibe and principle. You should read better my balanced reasoning rather than willing to exclude me here only because you dislike a good part of my words you read coming from the 'other' side. Let the others tell what they feel at the same time. Give them their chance without trying to embarrass or somehow restrict their point attacking or killing the messenger. Worst, because there's a distinct way of thinking. Disgusting if I can write it in a single word.
