  1. Adorama info and price http://www.adorama.com/IPCDMCGX7.html?EmailPrice=T Best.
  2. Not easy to find Baby H, but sometimes there are another 8mm anamorphic lens on the web for sale. 8mm anamorphic lens will be always small and light. Normally on gh2 you can go no less than 35-40 mm prime lens with 8mm anamorphic lens. Don't know the conversion for novo. 8mm anamorphic are normally soft. You need to shoot at least f5.6-8. Some has focus ring and others doesn't like baby H(fixed). Good point with novo is that sensor is little so you got deep focus. I think baby H is the best option. Cheers!
  3. And what about bokeh? Has anyone try leica r 50 summicron with speedbooster on m4/3? Whay about CA on these lens with SB? I suppose also increase sharpness.
  4. Maybe Andrew can answer that question. I would also like to know about anamorphic with speedbooster. Cheers!
  5. Jajaj...not so bad...I still like fcp7... Anyway, if you need to grade is still better to transcode to prores hq to work in Premiere. Cheers!
  6. Hi Paulio, The 5dtorgb is the transcode app. https://vimeo.com/46213924   Is very simple, just need time.  1. need to buy the app so you can transcode as a batch 2. drag and drop your h.264 footage to the app 3. My settings on the app are: prores 422hq, BT.601, Full range, progressive, none, gamma correction 1.0 4. When you start batch the app ask you a folder to send the transcode footage. 5. Be patience :-)   Send me email to franciscoriosanderson@gmail.com if need more info...   best.
  7. I use 5dtorgb... With mac and fcp7 you need to transcode....prores HQ is better if you use a intra frame hack... Best.
  8. Who knows about a viewfinder for pocket? It needs to cover 3.5' Cheers.
  9. ...mine said "for projection only"...welcome to Moller world   http://www.flickr.com/photos/franciscoriosanderson/8293300512/           :-)
  10. Just sharing :-)   https://vimeo.com/67056502
  11. Great lens John. Got the same. Here's an album if someone want to see Moller in action. https://vimeo.com/album/1869263   Cheers!
  12. JG, Take a look at these. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyvision   Abel Gance's 1927 film Napoleon . "It involves the simultaneous projection of three reels of silent film arrayed in a horizontal row, making for a total aspect ratio of 4:1 (3× 1.33:1)"   Cheers!
  13. Yes, I thing that's the answer...didn't support it. The last one video was uploaded at 1920x1080. I'm a little confuse about vimeo if I'm wrong with 1080, because I think vimeo works at 720. Don't know if I get a little better image when 1080 is uploaded or is just a waste of time and size...
  14. No problem... Exported from premiere with exactly sequence settings. The setting are prores hq 1920x1080 24p. On scale did apply 50% to get 3.55 aspect. Transcode with compressor to h.264 .On compressor go to QuickTime ajust and select the last one QuickTime h264. Only change and limit to 7000 kbits/s , audio to 44.100 and then transcode. This clip was uploaded to vimeo. Hope it helps. Cheers.
  15. Thanks for watching. I shot on the last video with GH2, Helios 58, Moller 32x and special Redstan Clamp. Didn't shoot all vídeos with any other lenses than Helios and Canon FD 50mm. Got a 85 canon FD...next time... Cheers.
  16. Another Moller Video... https://vimeo.com/61383601 Best regards.
  17. No CC...?? The color looks great...autumm? late or evening? Paris?
  18. I did the same Seb but with my Moller 2X. I think with anamorphic 2x in vertical you get a perfect square (1:1) .With 1.75 you got a little higher square. Great video. Fantastic light, space and movements. Cheers!   P.D: It's something like a  "medium format in movements" or instagram movie :-)
  19. Hi J, Did you get your moller?? Fantastic! Alan made me a great clamp specific for moller. Really special lens if it's in good shape.  Cheers!
  20. I think these happend in others cameras too like 5d mark II. http://photocascadia.wordpress.com/2011/05/13/canon-eos-5d-mark-ii-iso-noise-test/   It's something about native iso and multiple on 5d. Maybe isn't a bug ...others cameras has the same issues. So stick with GH2 on 100-200-400-640-800-1250....   Cheers!
