Nx1: still much more details, faster and more consistent af and better colors. Gh5: much better is, 60fps more at 2k, slightly less rs.
For video gh5 is probably the best choice right now, if someone is starting a system from scratch. Nx1 is a much better camera for stills and very good for video nevertheless.
 
On a side note, a big thumbs up for this guy, who is still considering nx1, while most other previous "supporters" simply forgot about it.

NX2 would have been scheduled for mid/late 2017 and would have had a much better sensor (i.e. APSC vs m43 to begin with and possibly more than 28MP), with embedded dram for very high performance in slow motion (240fps@1080 at least and 60fps@4k). Who knows? Perhaps it could have been the first 8k consumer camera...
And since NX1 is still a much better camera for stills compared to GH5, I can only imagine what NX2 could have been there.

Today I go in a shopping centre to try others Canon lenses. This is the short video. Today I stop the prototype and I star to build a pre-series NXL adapter.
 

I do not agree! Metabones Nikon G adapters are priced at $ 479, they offer a focal reduction of 71X and can only be used with Nikon lenses.
My adapter is the only existing for Samsung NX, provides a superior reduction and can be fitted with a Canon EF mount, Nikon F / G, M39, M42, Exakta, Pentax K, C / Y, Olympus OM, Leica R , Arri PL-STD-B, T -T2 mount- Novoflex A mount.
It is built in Italy with quality materials and 3D printing technologies.
Do you still think that it is expensive?

I’ve received the parcel. NXL-0055 is awesome. Incredible conversion factor on top of super optics. It looks like NXL-Optics is better than Metabone Speed Boosters)) I tried many original Metabones when i was m43 user, but finally quit from them.
 
I have two manual Samyang lenses: 24mm/1.4 and 16mm/2.0
Both get a new live with NXL… 16mm/2.0 becomes close to 11mm))

I ended up getting these two.... It was pretty cheap and with a rod for $14 I can rig my NX1 with a batterygrip and my BMPCC with the same kit..... makes it modular and universal even for future cams...

I wish we could up our game a bit, this codec obviously has its limitations, high ISO performance is not great at all, the noise reduction is killing our video, and I just wish I could magnify for focus while recording. All in all, everything else is super amazing!

Ok, here's the final result. Using Dmitry Vasilyev's recover tool I was able to recover 42% of the bad video file... roughly 10 mins of a giant 30GB 4K file. At that point NX500 stopped recording good video frames. I'm happy with that... and now knowing how to salvage corrupt video files is awesome.
As I encounter other bad video files, I'll write about that here in the future.
If I have time in the future, I'll make a video tutorial walking people through the process. Remembering how to use a command prompt from my MS DOS days was the most challenging part.

Used my 3 Flashlights for lighting 
All Da Vinci Resolve Studio from H265. 
Used EOSHD's Classic Flat NXLOG 
I may have gone overboard on the sound!

Had fun and learned alot... Im assuming my shutter was wrong or the flashlights had been incompatible as some slow mo shots flicker.
Also I pushed a few shots to much as they look somewhat posterized.
