I haven't used them much, but last year I got a small HD dp4 and dp6 really cheaply and they have desqueeze features.

Love my 50 1.2 ais, but I rarely use it. That's a great shot and as other have said, a great use for the lens, was it wide open?
I am waiting on 2 nikon lenses to show up:
50-300mm f/4.5 ED AIS
25-50mm f/4 AIS
A friend has the 50-300 ED and I love it every time I see his footage from it, I'm glad to add one to my stable

On the very cheap end, the older zacuto Z-Finder EVF is very affordable used.
Not the latest and greatest, but pretty sweet for what it is and the price point they're at now.

Yeah, if you're looking for long reach on Nikon, don't overlook the 200-500mm
I really really want one. It's cheap and has awesome VR that works great with the Nikon Z's
Also, if you're putting the zoom set together, you really need the 80-200mm 2.8 to complete the set. It's amazing glass for cheap these days -
@Matt Kieley That looks like a really good match for the pocket camera. nice find.
@jihado86 Nice score! Those are some really great lenses. Unforunately the Nikon F mount is not a great one for adapted glass that isn't Nikon F mount.
You can use those lenses on your nikon, but you'll have to use adapters with glass optical elements built in that will reduce the quality of the lenses. You might want to hold on to the lenses if you plan on buying another camera anytime soon, or perhaps sell them and buy some Nikon F mount glass.

Sorry I can't be more helpful to your actual issue, but I will say in terms of batch renaming, I've been using 'A better finder rename' and it's pretty great.
In terms of compressor vs media encoder, I personally like Media Encoder better and use it more.
Again, sorry I can't more help for your real issue here, just wanted to chime in where I'm able to. -
Those look great!!
I bought it much for the same reasons as you, for a truly wide/small lens without too much distortion. At the price it's a no brainer.I mainly bought it to serve as a wide for the pocket camera, which I've been using mainly with an old angenieux 12-120/2.2
Saying that I've really liked it on the Panasonics I have too.
Looking forward to using it more.

I'm experiencing the same "error 01" issue on my NX1 when taking a photo with the NXL & Nikkor Ai-S glass. The NX500 + NXL + Nikkor glass combination takes photos without the "error 01" issue. NX1 fw:1.41, NX500 fw:1.12. Vasile hack installed on both NX bodies.
Hey Sunscreen,
Thanks for the reply. I'm still experiencing the same issue you are. I have not had time to send my NX1 into a service center or take any real further actions.
I know I'm on the same Firmware as you on both cameras. I do not have the Vasile Hack on my bodies, but I receive the Error 01 message as well on the nx1.
I'm wondering if it's about the adapter making contact with the lens mount or if there is something more to this because I do not receive this message with any other adapter or lens combo that I have, and I have quite a few NX lens mount adapters.
I'm half worried to send it in and have it be the shutter certain or something pretty severe, especially when my nx1 works perfectly in all modes with both native and adapted glass.Mehhh, dangers of a dead system I suppose

Can't wait to see all these adapters come out for the Z mount
A Nikon Camera that an adapt pretty much anything. Gotta love it

Up to this point I've only really been messing with cheaper panels.
I really like the stuff I've accumulated over the past few years, the fixtures just keep getting better and cheaper.
I have 2 Aputure 672S
2 Yongnuo YN600 RGB
2 Yongnuo YN360 RGB
3 Travor 3060a Flexible Panels
2 Travor 3030a Flexible Panels
I'm looking at some harder light LED Options and am researching the Godox SL60's and other similar Bowen mount models.
I've heard a lot about the fan, but is that fan noise just as present on the sl60? -

Yeah but the Sony A7 series have Clear Zoom and that is in essence doubling the focal length with no real loss, and you can always switch to the crop mode and get a 1.5 crop in s35. These Sony cameras have some damn nice features on them that make them more versatile than people think. No way I am changing from them. I will keep buying the older, better ones to me for a great price..
And size wise I have owned a bunch of both Panasonic and Olympus bodies, and other than my Oly EPL1, none of them are really any smaller than all my A7's I have had and still do own. Even with my battery grip on it my A7s is not any bigger than my Oly EM1 was with the grip on it. in fact my Sony is Smaller. I bet even the Fuji X-T3 is as small and maybe smaller. Times have changed.
I hear you, and I think the sony cameras are great too. It's hard to go to wrong either way.
The size comparisons look similar and are in body weight, but still not in lenses.

I personally like m43 because of the reach it can give you so easily.
I also do think there's a bigger size advantage than has been portrayed in this thread.
Yeah, the huge fast telephoto lenses are huge no matter the sensor size, but I can pack up several m43 bodies and many lenses in a small camera backpack and not worry about it as much.
I have the g7 and gx85 and bought both for under $1100 new from the local Best Buy, so they definitely are avaialble in american stores.

Thanks Drew!
In researching Error 01 I've seen some things like Bad battery or lens connection upto a thread on this forum about a shutter curtain problem.I'm not experiencing the shutter curtain issue at all, but am trying to hear from other users in order to figure out what's going on with mine.
I appreciate you sharing your experience.
Your NXL Footage with the Super Takumars has always looked absolutely awesome and was a push for me to grab one when it came up (not that I needed a huge push to want one) -
Hey guys,
I Recently acquired one of Luca's awesome NXL adapters locally. The adapter is awesome and really well designed
When mounting it on my NX1, everything mounts great, but when I press the shutter button the camera gives me an error 01.
This works fine for video, but I was wanting to use the adapter for stills as well.
Does anyone have experience with this?
I have also mounted the NXL on my nx500 and have not received the error message.
I'm just curious to see what causes this/if this is common and how to go about fixing it -

Didn't you order one before and have it not show up?
I really hope this one makes it to you!!! I think you'll dig it -

And the SLR magic 8mm is on sale at B and H right now. $129. I’ve read mixed reviews but at that price I’ve just grabbed one.
Came in here to share this actually. hahaha
This is how I grabbed my copy, from a b&h sale in June.Definitely worth it IMO. I actually really like it on the Pocket Camera because it's tiny and is around 24mm FOV on there.

@sgreszcz I see vignette with Laowa, is there any way to avoid that with that lens on GX85?
@homestar_kevin Does the SLR Magic 8mm f/4 vignette also on GX85?
I've just picked the SLR magic 8mm up last month and haven't tested it extensively, but there's no vignetting that I've seen
It's actually a really cool little lens if you can deal with the F-stop and less than stellar handling. -

Homestar,
Does the autofocus work with the wide angle adapter? Also, what camera is this combo on?
Thanks!
Yes, autofocus works great through the adapter.
I've used it and really liked it on the gx85, g7, and BM Pocket Camera

I have been using the Panasonic 14mm paired with the sony Sony VCL-ECU1 wide angle adapter and it's been awesome!
I also recently purchased the SLR Magic 8mm f/4 which I'm liking so far, but haven't had a lot of time with it.
I took the Panny 14mm/Sony VCL combo on a Europe trip this spring as my go to wide and it did not disappoint. Great combo for cheap -
Agreed, and I intend to but it is still currently being done

Good point on the light bokeh, that makes perfect sense
Those other shots look absolutely awesome!
Were these all on one camera body or what were you shooting on?
