What is it exactly that you want to put in the box?

The battery plate I'm using is £10 from Amazon.

Printing something from scratch and including the circuit to deliver the right voltage for the camera is likely to cost more in materials let alone effort ?

hi can you post a link of your battery plate please?

for example would be nice to 3D print a shell to protect those adapters from unwanted movements that may detach battery from the plate or cabes, the ssd, and protect from humidity/very first drops of rain. make it much more ergonomics and looking more solid and professional.

we have to choose around which adapter/battery/ssd to build the shell and find the right design which is demanding being strong structure and goods looking. if we unite our ideas we can do the eoshd free 3D stamp project wee need volunteers someone who can design the shell, we need people who stamp and test the prototypes

It is a nice video but in some scenes there is a lot of noise, what do you think about it?

  3. sorry people I went too far with the fascist adjective but it was fun to read your reactions lol I gotta have to be more careful to what I write.

Furthermore recently I see fascism everywhere in my country.... and I'm upset.

and I will also buy this camera because I can't afford anything more costly.

Deleting files 'in-camera' has always been a dangerous practice and can lead to corrupted cards and data which is probably the reason they don't have this feature - or they are simply fascists!

    most probably both ahahah

I actually believe there’s a good reason for this. I think it works the same way on professional cinema cameras like Arri and Red too.

I do not think so, I was able to delete raw clips in magic lantern and it was a super indy software.... they wont.

they want to let us play at the videogame "little cinematographer simulator"

    No

    thx a lot.

    Dear Blackmagic,

I need to work with camera, if I want a videogame I buy a video game. This is software bordering, they draw this line to force people to think they have a film inside the camera, to be be thrifty. this is a gameplay routine, I will not buy your camera until you grow up. it's an imposition there is something fascist in this stupid mentality.

This video I posted before is shot at ISO 800 and 1250. I see Very little noise in it. Granted the guy actually Knows what he is doing so that helps LoL. You are going to see a ton of total shit tests from people that have no clue how a Cine camera works. So I would take a lot of it with a grain of salt until some true legitimate tests are out. And yeah just about Every Cine camera has noise in it. You are Supposed to be skilled enough to overcome it shooting, or in post, or both. There are very few automatic anythings in a Cine camera. You have to sort of know what the hell you are doing.

thx for reply, did you had the chance to test this camera? I wish to know which is it the max iso you would use with it please.

    That you are joking.

If not, then try selecting 1080p and watch your troubles disapear.   All cameras have this noise.  All jpeg and video processing has tons of noise reduction. That clip didnt even have chroma noise reduction.

yes I'm joking but I really wish to ask help to understand which max iso I could expect to use for professional work using this camera.

Well we really haven't seen a Lot of footage out of it yet, and no real camera tests. So I am not making a judgement on it yet. But for 1300 bucks I don't see how anyone can go wrong. It has pretty much everything you need to get the job done. And with this new Raw announcement, that is pretty huge for it down the road.\

As to High ISO I would guess 6400 tops maybe for a pretty clean output? But that is pretty damn good for a BM camera!

    cut

thx a lot! does the pocket 4k record 10-bit ProRes 4:2:2 HQ also at 60p?
