Can someone explain the hype?I'm glad Panasonic finally have AF, but it looks very similar to the xh2s but with worse rolling shutter and an unusable hdmi lag
Whatever has the highest resolution, lowest rolling shutter, and best dynamic range. Also open gate will be useful if you don't want everything to be 16:9.
Yes. I shot 5 weddings recently and it worked pretty well on all of them. This is the only one I've edited so far (a few shots were MF with an old nikon lens)
I've had the xh2s for a couple months now. Just shooting test stuff but the footage is absolutely unreal.
Don't have anything else to say except that camera conspiracies guy is the most annoying person on the internet. I'd like to see him try to make something look good before constantly whinging.
We absolutely don't know that these aren't better yet.
Early footage has looked alright to me (there barely is any), but we only have to wait another month to actually see how those things really have or haven't improved instead of guessing
Lot of comments here saying "oh this other camera has a better version of this feature" and you could say that for every camera. but it just depends if the collection of compromises and price suits where you're at.
For me I already have a couple of Fuji lenses so I've preordered.
