Yes I know most probably that was the lock after the first boot and it needed the pass key. We should wait and see how its going to be in real life, but still not a valid point! The thing is Apple is calling Touch ID to be a gold standard (They said it during the keynote) yet it fails to include it in it's flagship phone! The annoying thing is they don't believe on what they say either so why should I?. Probably next year with more advanced technology they will bring back the Touch ID and will cook different story to cover this story. P.S: I am not a Apple hater! I have both iOS and Android devices for my job. I just don't like it when they think we are stupid.

After seeing all the keynote and seeing how that Face ID failed, right now I'm thinking more seriously about LG V30. I don't need Face ID and I can't accept it that it is easier and more intuitive to use Face ID instead of Touch ID. Instead of spending millions on making emojis animated! they should have implemented that Touch ID somewhere in the phone!

If you can stumble upon one yes, AMD Vega is better performer when it comes to computing tasks. But consider Vega's are going to consume more power (I don't know if matters to you) and because of cryptocurrency miners you might not be able to find any Vega with MSRP price.

I have the very same card (128GB 1000x) and I had absolutely no issues with it ( Knock to wood). Most probably something else has messed up in the process of recording. I didn't see if you mentioned but did you try to see if GH5 can read or reformat it as well? Did you check your footage in the camera before taking the card out? P.S: Lexar is owned by Micron Technology among worlds top memory producers.

Yes I do have the 25mm f1.7, thanks for the answer. as I don't have any lens in 40~50mm range I think also its logical to first go for 42,5mm. the 30mm one just have really good price and its quite fast lens, thats makes it tempting.

Well for R9 280X the only downside after release of El Capitan is you will lose sleep/awake which the workaround would be disabling sleep for your system but not the monitor. If having sleep/awaking working properly is important for you, your only option is nvidia! 960 970 both should do fine. No I don't have it yet but soon, with PCPX considering you have i7 3770, should handle them (GX80) just fine.

It looks good, Im upgrading my CPU to core i7 4790K (hopefully will overclock it to 4.5) and also my GPU to an AMD card. If you are planning to use FCPX for editing I suggest to get an AMD card, the most recent one that works OOB is R9 280X, you can even find them second hand for 100~150€ if not AMD then probably GTX970 or GTX980. I don't think we would get support for 10xx series any time soon!

I wonder what went wrong in production or whats the difference between G80 and GX85/80 as GX85/80 doesn't suffer from this issues!

Well, I'm not planning to get the lens (I have preordered body only), and my G7 was exactly in same paper bag when I unboxed it can't see how that can cause an issues but I hope in case this issues is apparent in all G80's, firmware update would fix it otherwise thats not good!

Well yeah it sucks!, apparently here in Finland in some shops have it in stock! but I got a good deal from cvp! couldn't pass it, not to mention free battery grip if I manage to get it!

I have preordered it through cvp.com but they told they are unable to get the item to me until early December!
