Newsshooter just released their review as well. It looks good. Wondering how that price will translate in euros. I rather have an r5 or a7s iii, but for half the price of those you cant go wrong with the s5.

Thats very interesting, how do you know where to invest into. Kinda new into stocks. But looking for some good investments, was thinking about an appartment and renting it out. But thats only a 2 - 3% yearly profit. So stock can be more interesting I think. Any tips? (youtubers/blogs/your own thoughts)

Never used an S1 camera before, but i guess I will never hook it up to a external monitor (because of weight and power). Have other camera's that will do that just fine. This camera for me is all about compact travel videography and photography, and for shoots where I need B-roll where the low weight, small form factor and ibis will benefit me greatly.

Because it breaks more easily or are there other downsides?

yes thats exactly why I would want. + photography side should be amazing as well.

Does it have a flip screen? as the S1 could not be flipped for vlogging or watching yourself. (for me it is kinda handy for testshots, so I dont need to call somebody in for test shots)

Wow amazing, another 5 whopping minutes. Im ordering one right now... So I guess Canon will do nothing about the problem. So its up to some smart users to fix it or give a workable workaround.... Sad day for camera tech.

Thanks any recommendations with a mic, which can come in handy for gaming? Or are there no mini jack headsets with a mic as well(usb maybe) so it has a usb and mini jacl line?

Why not just get a pocket 4k or 6k and just keep the c100.

Nice. Not that very practical while shooting though, unlocking smartphone, making connection, opening app, pushing the settings. I power off my camera a lot while shooting to save battery.

I think at this point they cannot do this anymore. Maybe just maybe this will end up resulting in a very good thing for us. If they would have just called it a time limit. Fine nobody would have bothered. But now they lied and made it a so seemed overheating problem. They just cannot change it into a time limit anymore, its too late for that. They will have to either remove the overheating problem and release the full potential, or do nothing at all and ignore us all. I am no lawyer, but this might bite Canon in the ass, if anybody sued them.

Probably same problem/same fix is needed. The prices in Europe are really up there though. Happy I dont need a camera right now.

Hello, Is there anybody here that uses their gaming headset for audio monitoring (zoom h6 for example). Looking to buy a new one, but was thinking about buying one that I could use on my pc for gaming/editing but also onset for audio monitoring? Any recommendations? Thanks!
