  1. The only listed camera that interests me (a little bit) is the oly.
  2. Probably Luca is used to Italy, where you get charged 25-35% for everything. And sometimes much more. I remember that I bought a plastic figure, about 40$, and I paid 25€ of custom fees.
  3. I hope you'll keep the 16-235 ones up to date with the incoming additions. Most of my footage is with those settings and I think the ooc is quite decent as well.
  4. #1 is the ooc one. #6 and the last one are both the neutal lut. The latter adjusted in shadows and highlights.
  5. Comparison of the latest Arourke's LUTs (first one is the original). I prefer the skin tones from the original Other colors vary.
  6. I'm very, very happy I own the NX1. Even happier now that no new camera still matches it as an overall camera system. With the 180mbit hack and the new arouke's luts my footage is more than great, for my own standards.
  7. Wow thx man I'm out of town right now, but will test asap. How do they comprare to your suggested settings+ Luts?
  8. Oh I forgot...if you can, please make one for color space 16-235, in addition to the settings I pointed.
  9. I'd rather concentrate on the movie industry. Perhaps new rambo movies getting along? I really liked those movies from the Reagan presidentship ;-)
  10. @arourke : if possible, I'd like you to create similar LUTS for the following in camera settings: GammaDR, 16-235, R1, G0.95, B1, sharpness -10 All the rest at default. Thanks in advance.
  11. The sky looks a bit oversaturated, but keep in mind that in my original settings I didn't have the saturation turned down as per your suggestion (I tuned it 20% down when applying your lut)...
  12. I'm quite sure that nx1 could do more than 15fps, with jpg and e-shutter instead of real physical shutter, but an hack should be created, in order to enable that.
  13. Sorry didn't read, the vimeo app shows it in 2k dunno why
  14. Just tried this. Original and graded:
  15. I mean...could there be an electronic compatibility with K mount?? The image I linked as the space for lens contacts, but definitely NOT for any "conversion hw".
  16. ttbek, this definitely has the "space" for contacts:
  17. ttbek, now that Luca took a totally different route for AF on canon lenses, you remain my only hope to see EF lenses really adapted to NX system. I still think that metabones approach is feasible for NX and...in my own experience, it works quite well for sony cameras. I'd be satisfied with something like that, at least.
  18. The fact that I can't find a single comparison (for still pictures above, say, 16MP) between this lens and the canon 2x extender makes me wonder that these are actually two very different products, intended for difference audiences. I'm a still shooter who occasionally shoots video. And the teleconverter, for me, would be used ONLY for stills. Hence I need resolution, details, and lack of CA.
  19. I need it for stills, not videos...
  20. Ttbek, I'm with you on this. Back focal multipliers are always much much better in iq and ca. As Luca built a docal reducer, he could have the skills and production capabilities to clone the sigma accessory and make it available for nx mount...that'd be cool indeed.
  21. Oh this seems so good!!!!! Could you take a screemshot with some green in it (eg trees). Thx!!!
  22. Wow, Luca, this could be really INTERESTING!!!!! Would you consider doing this again in the "produzioni dal basso" way, as for the NXL? I'd really be interested in a converter with the quality of the canon L one: http://www.canon.it/lenses/extender-ef-2x-iii-lens/ Or, much cheaper but also very good, the Sigma: https://photographylife.com/reviews/sigma-2-0x-teleconverter Also the 1.4X could be really good. But the lens quality has to be outstanding.
