on Voigtlander Ultron 28mm f1.9
on Canon FD 50mm f1.4 + Metabones Speed Booster
on Canon FD 35mm f2

As you can see the Canon FD work better than the Voigtlander
All the close up were taken without diopter except when it's written

GH4 UHD 4:3 
Cinelike V 0 -5 -5 -2 +2
Lumetri CC and levels adjustments

Everything was shot @f4 / f5.6 except some close shot @1.9 in the first part 

SLR Magic achromatic diopters +0.33, +1.3, +1.8
and Narumi achromatic +3 diopter

Seb - you seem to use your babyH more than any other anamorphics and I'm going to give mine a go with my GH4 soon and was wondering if you have any tips you can impart? Also - how did you do that lovely fade down at the end - it looks fairly composed.

I'm working a lot these past months so I post less than usual ;)

Here is a teaser of the new album of Arthur H, a famous french singer. It was done before last summer, shot on GH3 + my baby Hypergonar 1.75x on my Qioptiq 35mm f1.6 MeVis-C C-mount lens.

Badfully I didn't have the GH4 yet ;)

My actual work is a 26mn Making Of a long feature movie, shot by me in 4K anamorphic in Ethiopia last november. Stay tune.

Good to see you here though - it's been a while. How are you liking your GH4?

JGL, MJS, whatever ;) I'm liking the GH4 well, I've done a lot of work with it theses pasts months, not already online. Recently I've done a music video, and also a Making Of of a long feature movie, with two weeks shooting (in anamorphic of course) in Ethiopia. Soon online ;) 

I believe that now may be the time to reveal that I am in fact Joseph Gordon-Levitt! Andrew, I am a huge fan of your blog!!!

 

As I apply 'the method' to everything I do I have in fact been living in North East England for some time, shooting a lot of stuff with a Nikon DSLR and adopting a grouchy and abrasive persona to disguise my easy-going and gregarious nature. 

If you are really who you said, I can congratulate you, I really enjoy your movie, especially the work on the voice over :) 

Nice look! How much does it vignette at 15mm?

Thanks Andrew ! There is no vignette at 15mm with focus on infinity, and a very light one on close focus, from 100% to 104% scale, in UHD, a little more in cinema 4K

How does these compare to the Voigtlander Noktons? There is Nokton 10.5mm coming I believe?

I'd go for a bigger sensor in the next one instead of raw. Something like Aps-c, that would make this camera almost perfect. Don't u think?
