there is a serious possibility to have more alias - moire problems if you have sharpness above 0 . I always put -1 to -5 with Panasonic 12-35 and 35-100, they are very sharp. If you have manual lenses , you can have it to 0.

IPB 50 MBPS is the most difficult codec i ever seen ! Even with hacked gh2 and 150 Mbps i had no problem in my MBP 2011 i7 - 16gb RAM -SSD . But now i have to convert them into prores 422 to have smooth editing in FCPX .

there is no hack for gh3.... its too early.

you have to lower sharpness, because otherwise you will have alias-moire issues….

all sony slt has that. This is the reason i have sony a65…. focus confirmation with PDAF sencors active in video recording! No other dslr can do this 

  I dont think that is right. A FF lens 50mm 1.8 will be (with the adaptor) 50mm f/1.2   not 35mm ... am i wrong ? You cant mount apcs size lens (50mm f/1.8).

this is clearly from denoised program , way too soft . 5D MKII is noisier  but musch sharper.

i have A65 (GH2 and nex 5n too) and it doesn't overheat. When you are shooting video, it uses electronic stabilizer (very effective) and not mechanical like A55 (i also had it, and it overheats ). A65 is way more useful  on video than canon 's , it has PDAF in video, focus peaking for manual lenses and manual focus, better image than canon's  and IBIS for all my fast primes ....and for that price ,its a bargain. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkJ0j0Nno4U

if anyone intrested, clipwrap's creator has a newer version for correcting new HBR format. 25p (wrapped in 50i) appears as interlaced in most nle programs. Even if you declare it as progressive in the program, when you put the footage to a progressive timeline , it needs render. I tried avid 6, premiere 5.5 and FCPX. NOt anymore, if you want to try out the newer beta version (PAL) , contact Colin @ dmsupport@divergentmedia.com and ask for beta version for GH2. I tried and it worked nice. No re encoding , just transcode from mts to a more friendly mov file.
