I think I should really thank Harvey Wolfenstein and Kevin Spacey for their wonderful films, without them the cinema world is definitely less interesting. Thanks to RED to keep us stuck with H.264! I am really thankful!

Canon EOS R first impressions - INSANE split personality camera

Maybe All-i is too much on R? I have no problem with my R on events so far, though I only shoot on IPB mode, it is quite a nice companion to C200 But sorry for your bad luck, some people just have bad luck on certain camera model. Didn't mattias having problem on his copies of a6300(or a6500) that all turn out to be turkey after 3 replacement. Here is C200 & EOS R shooting My Restaurant Rules for TVNZ -
More like others are still trying to catch up while Sony is in a very comfortable lead with high profit margin on their cameras, 4K60P is not important for majority (99%?) of user tbh, sales have proven that 4K30p is enough for most user, no point to add extra cost (R&D, material, size) for heat related stuff on 4K60P. Anyway I do miss Samsung, they definitely give Japanese manufacturer some whoop ass. @androidlad You can probably start your own Sony alpha rumor site, the current SAR is a fucking joke

Probably clog3, clog 2 is for 10bit only i think But yeah the eye af is really good now! Even in high speed mode it can detect pretty well. (Still no continuous AF ugh) -
The only good thing with degrees is making some friends during the course which actually helped me getting to jobs because of their connections. Otherwise I think youtube is much cheaper and wont get u into student debt lol.

I m beginning the think the upcoming E-m5 III might be a sexy camera, world class IBIS with PDAF video.. hopefully it can bring 120fps high speed mode with AF.
-
Should have IBIS as none of their FF Z lens have IS ugh
-
Price with 45mm 2.8 is pretty good, like more than 50% off the lens
-
M6ii will also get update to 24p early next year
-
Better late than never i guess, 24p should have been included in the first place
-
Price will be 220,000 yen for body only and 264,000 with 45mm 2.8 in japan https://twitter.com/nokishita_c/status/1181121096885489665

Scorsese compared MCU to modern theme park. What is your angle on it?

Used this combo for a TVNZ job recently.. I tried cage stuff before but found it wasn't for me, I prefer minimalist setup.

I have 16-35/24-105 and borrow 70-200 on my EOS R for event type work, sometimes use primes for some artistic stuff or need lowlight On GH5 I use 12-35/35-100 again for event type of work, speedbooster the EF prime lens if i need more artistic stuff/lowlight. I do think about the 10-25mm 1.7.. much lighter than 18-35/speedbooster combo and have AF which is handy on gimbal. The reason for having two brand of camera is because people i work with use those two brands.
