Its not quite par focal but its close and breathing I hardly noticeable

First impressions of the Tokina 28-70 2.6-2.8: Build quality is great however the zoom ring is slightly harder to turn on the wide end. The images are really nice, its not as sharp as the Sigma 18-35 wide open but it not far off. The Tokina renders slightly warmer and appears to have more distortion however I think that the Tokina's images look more pleasing than the Sigma's

Just picked up a Tokina 28-70 2.6-2.8 for £125 on ebay, will be testing it on my Gh5/Metabones combo

Do you find the B+W Vario ND better than the SLR Magic one?

Provide or disprove... maybe it disproves a s35 sensor

Maybe its just a GH5R (not S) with Raw through HDMI and Dual ISO... It still doesn't compete with the EVA-1 because of no internal NDs and its DSLR style body?

This seems believable, I can't see them dropping sensor resolution but a DR upgrade would be welcomed

it looks like the logos underneath where the screen folds in are the same so its still got a m43 sensor

If there using a low megapixel sensor then surely they'll have to omit 6k anamorphic - i'm struggling to see how they are going to make it different enough than the GH5 to warrant a different camera. I don't use the AF but it would really suck if they fixed it in the GH5s but not the GH5

It must have a fairly significant improvment to warrant an upgrade from the GH5

Yeah I still think it could possibly be a paid hardware/firmware upgrade or an add-on to enable more features

Whats the minimum new features it would take to get you guys to upgrade from a GH5?
