  1. Hi! I am seriously looking for a Kowa Anamorphic-35 1.5X or 1.75X (Inflight or not). Will not make a lowball offer. Please DM me if you're looking to part with yours! Cheers!
  2. Hi! I am selling my red Isco Ultrastar Plus 2.1 anamorphic projection lens with caps. In perfect condition. Stored very safely in a dry box. Known as one of the sharpest budget anamorphic adapters. Together with the Isco, I am also selling 2 Redstan clamps designed specifically for this adapter: rear clamp with 62mm thread (to attach the Ultrastar to your taking lens) and front clamp with 75mm filter thread. Redstan clamps are easily the best clamps for anamorphic adapters and these are solidly-built and fit snugly around the Ultrastar. Step-up rings are optional. With this combination, you are ready to shoot anamorphic! Selling it all for $499. Buyer pays for shipping. Please PM for more information or more pics. Cheers!

  5. Hi crew! I'm looking to be a c100 II and sell my GH4. I'd prefer in person preferably in NYC. Thanks!
  6. Hello all! I would like to preface this post by saying that this is actually my first time on these forums, so thanks in advance for this awesome community. Also, I'm somewhat of an intermediate filmmaker, and you can check out my YouTube channel to see where I'm at (youtube.com/thisisrmm). As with the title of this post, I'm trying to figure out where my money would be better spent, upgrading to a 70D or buying more lenses? I have my own personal pros and cons for both, but first, here is what I currently shoot with: Canon t3i w/ Magic Lantern Canon 18-55mm (kit lens) Canon 50mm 1.8 I've set aside a budget of $1000 to make upgrades, so I'm not sure where my money is better spent. Reasons for upgrading to the 70D: - I eventually plan on upgrading to full frame in the future; not sure if buying desired lenses made for APS-C's like my t3i (Tokina 11-16mm) is worth the money if I'm upgrading - I can stick with this camera for longer, with it being a full frame (not having to worry about crop factors and what not) - From my own research, a better camera overall Reasons for buying lenses: - I'm pretty run-and-gun with my setup, so I've been somewhat relying a lot on the kit lens, which definitely helped me learn a lot about DSLR video, but I'm looking to take a step up in the category - Lenses definitely outlast cameras, so I figured that might be a better investment considering that I have this kind of budget set aside Cons for 70D: - If I buy this camera (body-only), the only compatible lens I'll have is the 50mm f/1.8 until I can afford to buy my desired lens of choice (Tamron 24-70mm f/2.8) Cons for buying lenses: - If I buy the Tamron 24-70mm, it'll be in somewhat of a weird crop for me to use with my t3i - If I don't settle with the Tamron, I'm somewhat lost on what lenses to buy within my budget that would work well on APS-C and eventually full frame whenever I make the upgrade I'm sorry for the lengthiness of this post, but just looking to provide as much detail as possible. Thanks to anyone willing to help a new guy out! Best, thisisrmm
  7. Hi guys its time for me to buy a new camera i did have black magic 2.5k but sold it to buy 4k. I am thinking to go with BM 4k since the price is right but i am thinking to wait until end of summer before jumping in because i am not sure if other companies will come out with something better for same price and BM 4k is Canon EF Compatible Lens Mount does this mean i can only use canon lens because i have some old lenses that i use like nikkor on 60d with adapter can i attach adapter to BM4k? What would you guys do? Thanks guys
  8. Hello there. I've picked up an Iscorama 54 (with a struggle, bloody heavy lump). Have been looking for the following without much success: 1: Angenieux single element +0.35 82mm 2: +0.25 82mm achromatic doublet 3: Tokina +0.4 72mm achromat Any links, offers or advice is much appreciated. If you've got any, please let me know via PM what you'd be keen to sell them for. Thanks a lot, Jae.
  9. I am looking to buy an anamorphic lens. A few caveats, I have done some research however if anyone is selling feel free to reply here or send me a private message.   This is also a sort of feel out post as well see what everyone recommends. I havent used one myself however I have done research including getting the guide so I know what Im dealing with.   No projection lenses. Large and bulky, I dont need anything like that. My arm was damaged a few years back. MRSA took 60% of my deltoid. Need it small hopefully well smaller than a projection lens at least.   Not too picky on the squeeze ratio. Anamorphic is anamorphic, I mean the closer to 2:39:1 the better.   Lens flares are important. Want nice wide ones high quality would be fantastic.   Rack focus, definitely a must. Less adjustment on the lens itself the better. Have hard enough time freehanding while manual focusing one lens much less two XD.   Also in reference to the camera I have a Canon EOS 5d Mark III and a Mark II of the lenses I have 35 1.4L, 50mm 1.2L and a 70-200 2.8L IS II USM   I gather I may need an 85mm lens to take advantage of rack focus and an anamorphic lens with the full frame cameras. No problems there just feeling it out seeing whats available. If i can find the right lens that meets the specifications I need for a competetive price well im looking to buy thats for sure.   In any case let me know. I think I got most of my information correct. I would prefer under $4000. A comfortable range for me is $1000-2000 $3000 if its a top quality lens id say.
