Last premiere for windows, on file explorer window (the one with previews before you import the clips) take long time indexing GH5 10bit previews, even in a powerfull Pc.

What will be the best suited external recorder for G80 on a budget? 

Must be a 4k recorder? if i´m not wrong, G80 hdmi can deliver 8bit 4.2.2 againt internal 4.2.0, so does a really improvement over internal recording? does codec makes a difference?

windows user here and probably future owner of a GH5...

I can confirm that EC is the Spanish G80.

Probably @BTM_Pix is the one who can explain what the "service mode" does.

In this menu if you have a chance of select a region without limit (AU?) you can get of the time restriction.

A post of "Audio post workflow" would be really helpfull to people like me too!!

It is definitely the correct command. The issue is at the camera end because it accepts it and actions it but just not in the right way. Exactly as it was a few weeks ago.

 

vlog_gamma & vlog_g can be found on different version of imgapp if you open it with apk editor (res/values/public.xml & string.xml if memory serves)

I have tested the hot shoe xlr adapter with sennheisser mic and it is really great performance.

Good quality  sound direct to the camera.

But finally i put it back, because redstan clamp dont need so much screw turns.

Acetone (and cheap follow focus gear) did the job!!

Red glue is a kind of screw lock and seal.
