i was not looking for a fast videocard, but for one better than my gtx760 at a price that can be worthy doing the upgrade It never happened to me to have pc render all the night, and i think i'll keep working with proxies even with a better videocard as the rest of the pc is not a monster. My project are usually at 2k, with files shot at 4k, and on average are within 15 minutes lenght, or less I use some fx, not that much, some cc..So i can still work now, but if for a reasonable money i can get a better performance then it'is fine, otherwise i mighht wait till the price of vga become normal

i do edit very few time for money. I do my projects, for creativity, and personal and artistic pourpouses, but mostly not for money, and expecially never with time in a hurry. I spent around 350 euro for the pc, buying second hand parts..don t see logical spending the double for the card alone I have been working in the past year with my laptop with i7 7700 and ght 1050. Of course i need to works with proxies, and render time are not fast, but i never felt being limited in this way, though i know i woul dlike to have somehting better But you know, it is not always possible to have things in the way you wish at the most, and compromise are needed Graphic card is one of this. I never think to spend 600, 700 euro for a graphic card..not now at least! My post here is just for this, to find the best combination that consider saving and effectiveness

Hello, i put up a new pc for my video editing in premiere. Well, i am on a budget and i gathered all 2nd hand parts to make I have ryzen 7 3700, 32gb ram,an asus tuf b550 mb and a nvme. I'am still using my old graphic, gtx 760, and i think it would be nice to have something better But as you know prices for vga are crazy, i don't want to pay for vga more than for the whole pc! I am searching for used gtx1660 or 1070..but still expensive, more than my pc! In premiere i made some little edit and it seems not too bad, work with proxies But there is a strange thing, if i play with a player clip from my xt3...h265 400mbs are fine, they play smooth If i play h264 they are choppy..they are not playable. I tried different players and it is like that for all, but the old app mpc, that is quite fine I don't know if this depends on the vga, though h265 are fine.. What do you think? And in case, what vga shall i go for not paying ridicolous money?or may it is not that worthy and it might be better to keep my 760, waiting for when prices reduce?? Thanks

Hello, i am to buy new pc, for editing with premiere. My target budget is in the focus of ryzen 7 3700 and 5600. They are very similar, the first has more cores, the second is newer tech and slightly faster, price is really similar. What would you suggest to go for?or if you suggest another option, still in that range. i can buy 2nd hand! Thank you

Hello, i am looking for advice for a camcorder I already use a mirrorless, a Fuji XT3, foir my video work, and i want some fast to use. So no lens change, no time limit, zoom on machine, better if nd filters..so you know the difference. One point where i start from is the sensor, that should be no less than 1 inch, for better perfomances. Then good autofocus, best if with nd filters.. At the momenti i am focusing on the sony ax700 (even 2 hand), this will tell you the budget i have also. I see there are lots of other camcorder available, and also some camera "bridge" that can work as camcorder. I ask you some suggestions on the ax700 or alternatives Thanks a lot

that is what i am trying to say. i use it 2 weeks per year, during holiday, and not everyday. that s why i want to stay cheap. Telephone could be a good solution but i did not think about becaus eof waterproof...not sure can get it

exactly...that could be a good alternative I have a Samsung M51, not a "video" phone, but it would be ok for most cases. I never think if there is a way to use it underwater though...I am not a sub, few meters maximum 5, 6 would be enough It seems there is not though, a part of the plastic bag

for what i see neither gopro neither osmo action has so favorable used price. gopro 5 is normally sold more than 150 genrally, up to 200. while osmo i cannot find less than 200 price are high even for 2 hand, and yeas a gopro5 seems a bit old today

i would not mind a 4k! now i use action cam only fro filming my trekking during my holiday and some underwater shoot in apnea...all for create little video to publish on facebook..only persoal thing then.4k because give me the possibility to have a good crop

i think you make it too complicated: i am looking for an action cam and i am on a budget. I know, having it used before, what is a good action cam, so my expectation ir properly related. As there are several brand doing cheap actioncam, i am asking if someone that tried some can give me a suggestion. I haben't searched on youtube or somewhere, just asking a quick opinion. It is easier than the way you are puttinh the thing. If you know a brand or model that it is ok to buy and is cheap than let me know, that's all. I haven't started a philosopical thread on action cam reviews manufacturer and so on.. 🙂🙂

Hello, I had Sony AS200VR, and GoPro 7 Black, both very nice action cam. Don't have anymore either of them, but I want to buy one. Don't use the cam as much as I use it before so i want to try to spend much less... though I am used to nice ones. Is there anything you can suggest? Thank you
